We booked this room on Agoda and came during Shivaratri time. We are pleasantly surprised by how AMAZING this hotel is. There was a little issue at check in but Mr. Kumar, the hotel's manager, immediately resolved it. He is extremely humble, kind and helpful. He recommended a restaurant to us that is close by and delicious. When we asked for hot water, he sent a kettle to our room with 2 towels and soaps. The TV, fan and AC are all working fine. The room has some signs of use and age but otherwise super clean. The bathroom is big and also clean. The bed is maximum comfy (we are foreigners not used to hard mattresses we found at other hotels in India). The location cannot be beat being so close to restaurants, bar, bus stand, railway station, temples, Pothys and many shops. We cannot be happier with our choice of booking and staying here. We would highly recommend anyone to book and stay here. Fabhotel Karpagam is simply Fabulous!

The room was clean. The surroundings and the hygiene was also good at the hotel. Staff was courteous and was quick to resolve any query. Location is perfect if anyone wants to visit Jaipur in its full pride. Perfect location, where everything is less than 10KM's away.

Honestly speaking this is a budget friendly hotel I personally booked it online while in Mumbai itself by paying a minimum amount for a night, later extending my stay. If you are looking for a silent environment then it's a good choice. All the amenities provided in the room are perfect, except for the housekeeping part that can still improve if proper attention is given to generate more business,the check in process was prompt and very professional, i would give a rating of 7 out of 10.

Worst service ever. The hotel staffs wouldn't accet the online booking and would tell you to leave. If there was an option to give zero stars i would. I booked at agoda app and prepaid it fully but when asked about it the manager says no the booking is not done and they had a quarrel with the agoda app and shifted me to fab hotel jhansi deluxe and because of the unmarried couples policy then they asked me to shift to ESS Paradise and i have booked for 2 days whereas they asked me to checkout within a day in there. One of the worst hotel experiences ever. Period. Meanwhile this was happening another customer in fab hotel Jhansi deluxe was having issues with his car as he parked it in the hotel parking space and the a pothole was dug around his car without informing him anything from the hotel side, and now his car is stuck in that place until that road is fixed.

Not clean room,room has bad small and Poor service, staff behaviour was very uncomfortable. They have questioned our personals unwantedly. They want to know for what purpose we have booked the room. That questioning was very uncomfortable for me..thank you very much... No parking it's not safe vehicle

Very bad experience - unclean bedsheets and towels with stains that could tell their own story. No water bottle provided until we asked, and then it finally arrived. Requested for Plates- they came in a condition so pathetic, I asked the staff to smell them and guess the previous guest’s meal. He laughed— because it was obvious. Clearly, soap wasn’t invited to the cleaning process. The TV remote had dead batteries, so I had to switch it on manually, only to be greeted by a strange, otherworldly noise. As for the AC remote? It worked only when it was in the mood, which wasn’t often. Honestly, this place is better called a scrap collection. A truly fantastic terrible experience.

Thieves they are. Even after confirmed booking from agoda, owner denied to give the room. Mentioned about conflict between fab and property owner. Guests should not be effected with your personal issues. Guest is coming only after paying in advance. Don't book this hotel at all. You will be scammed and sent to another fab hotel, they will demand more money in order to give adjustment room. Eventually customers are the one who ends up paying more money to them as a person arriving with family cannot find last minute room to somewhere else.
