"@fabhotel @snowdrophotel Terrible experience. This is not a hotel. FabHotels and the hotel owner are misleading customers. Please don't book with FabHotels without seeing the room first. I made the mistake of booking before checking the room, and it was filthy. The hotel staff were rude, and when I requested a refund after seeing the room, they deducted ₹300 as a processing fee. FabHotels should partner with genuine and well-maintained properties."

"It was a horrible experience in our travel history. First it is a not a hotel, just a flat in residential area which is use like a ware house of furniture. Any how they can manage one or two rooms in every floor, provide for stay. Rooms are not clean, bedsheets in every room stained and torn. There is no lift facilities, and no room service for minimum necessity. Staffs are very harsh, don’t know how they are coutinue their business, and it is a very big question for the organisation which are include this hotel of their list. Don't go there, It was a pathetic Situation for us."

"Can’t understand how this hotel got 3 star category. The bed , pillow , bedsheets ,and towels looked not fresh and discoloured . Even there they didn’t kept the basic things in the wash room . From the minute you step into the hotel they start saying check out time is 11 AM . They even call in the early morning and tell check out time is 11 AM therefore pressurising us . Altogether didn’t had a pleasant stay at this hotel ."

"Me and my friend booked the hotel to stay for 7 days it's an business trip unfortunately the man sitting in the reception whom he mentioned as general manager of the hotel denied the check-in mentioned that I have booked through fab website .the hotel is partner of fab hotels .Actually he asked us to pay him directly and asked us to cancel the booking with the fab , due to this greedy behaviour of the manager at royal castle inn hotel we have to suffer a lot finding another place ,never trust this hotel. The.manager was greedy he wanted us to pay to him directly it's shows they are just behind money. Also the manager in royal castle inn Coimbatore told us that Feb doesn't pay them money regularly. Fab hotel confirm us they regularly pay them money but I think the royal castle inn manager wanted to make extra money by making us cancel the booking which we done through fab website. Fab should stop giving them booking or cancel the partnerships with this hotel."

"One of the worst stay, most filthy room. Support staff doesn't clean room while accommodating new guest. There is no response from Fab customer service and hotel manager is completely offline. bed sheet and bed spreads are not cleaned."

"I can't expect that fab group or Booking.com people will manupulate the customer review also. I have given 1 star but or booking.com manupulate to 9. How these people cheat the customers? The experience of staying in Fab hotel snow drop was wrost. The facilities was very poor. The washroom was outside the room and common for 2 rooms. There was no facility for towel, hotwater & soap. The toilet faucet was leaking & broken and wrapped in tap. The room has no proper ventilation system because of that room smelled bad. The bedsheet, pillow and blanket is marked with mosquito's blood sheds. Room was also not clean and hygienic. This was giving feeling of an appartment room not a hotel room. The fab group should rethink the hotel status for snow drop otherwise customer will get confused and will feel cheated. The receptionist behaviour was somewhat good.."

"The room is quite ok, AC Is just on but no air flow. Towels were not very clean so need improvements in cleanliness. The photos of Rooms and Beds doesn't match with the Real one. Most of them would get fooled by seeing their Attractive Photos.location was very Average No parking facilities for cars, Even Taxis find very difficult to park and pickup. stay was below average one don’t expect much from this branch of Fab hotels. Not suggesting for families Who look for a decent stay with good amenities. Overall Very bad experience."

"They accept bookings from booking . Com but the issue is, they only provide it at the exact time of the booking start . So book correctly. But they have free rooms available when you visit in-person. I stayed in first floor, and it's a non ac room, still it felt cold . Good for me, I saved some money in this. Easy to reach from Gandhipuram busstand. It's walkable, so don't take auto . Other nearby hotels and shops are in walkable distance.Overall I suggest this place for staying ."

"Awesome!!! Pros 1.Hotel is located in the city itself.So it was very convenient. 2.Car/Bike parking was available. 3. Room was clean and clear. 4.Toilets also were cleaned well. 5.Response from the reception to our requirements or needs was 110% fast and best. 6.Complimentary break fast was provided to us. It was above average.Neat restaurant. 7.Well maintained lift was available. Cons. 1.Toilet exhaust system was not enough to clear to foul smell from toilet. Hopefully they will solve it soon. In total we are totally satisfied 9.99/10 So, whenever Covai again, we will stay here!!!"

"Terrible Experience with Fab Hotels I booked a stay with them 3 days in advance, receiving confirmation even on the morning of our check-in. My husband, our 3-month-old baby, and I were driving from Chennai to Coimbatore and arrived at the hotel around 8 PM after a long journey. That afternoon, I was informed that our originally booked hotel was under maintenance, and they arranged accommodation at another property. After confirming this with Mr. Pulkit from customer care, we arrived only to find that they had booked a single room instead of the one we had requested. They demanded extra payment for a deluxe room. Despite the inconvenience caused by their mistake, they suggested we cancel our booking and find another place to stay. After a lengthy argument, Mr. Chandrasheker, a senior staff member, finally arranged for us to stay without additional charges. The room we were given was small, poorly maintained, and smelled strongly of naphthalene balls. The bed was uncomfortable, making our stay extremely unpleasant, especially with a baby. I would never recommend Fab Hotels to anyone based on this awful experience."

"The room was always absolutely clean, and the housekeeping staff was always smiling and always kind when coming to my room. Staff at the reception was kind and really helpful. They were able to solve all our problems, from ordering a pizza until booking airplane tickets. The hotel also offer a good service in its travel desk."

"ISSUES : 1. Blanket was full dirty and dirty spot were visible badly. 2.Bedsheet and pillow were dirty we are requesting to change and also complaint to fab exective but they both neither change nor reply. 3.Room service as water bottle not provided, lift was not there, bathroom and room was having spider net.bathroom was not attached in room it was outside the room.4. In bedsheet other guests hair was severe found there we ask for fab manager to change the alternate hotel but they didn't do it.for the family it was a bad situation and it was 11:55 pm . We was not able to sleep due to all such problems.Early morning we left the hotel but at morning fab hotels didn't ask our situation nor updated"
