Wonderful stay.value for money. Highly recommended for families.

Breakfasts are great. Beds are very confortable. The staff is very nice. All is very clean. People in reception are very professional.

The stay was fabulous and the staff so kind . Breakfast was excellent,we didn't add breakfast in the tariff but they provided complimentary breakfast. The towel, pillow and bedspread was very neat and clean. Such a nice hotel.Highly recommended for families.

Terrible experience with FabHotels and ESS Paradise. Worst management and zero coordination between the booking officer and the hotel. I paid for early check-in, but the property manager refused to provide the room. Calls and messages to the booking team went unanswered, leaving me stranded. Had to book another hotel at my own expense.

I don't prefer this hotel (Fab Express Apple Grand) for stay to family, worst bed, bedsheet, pillows. Air conditioner working but full of dust inside it. Hot water switch is not working need to ask reception for switch on. Totally waste of money here. Reception person is nice, gave proper response when asked for anything.
