Staff is very humble and helpful. It was indeed one of the best properties I have stayed in.

The food the hospitality, the room , the staff very very welcoming

Food was excellent and their managers in restaurant were very helpful in my Hotel. Due to fast, my wife wanted some different fruits , which were not on table. Same was provided promptly without Any extra charge. Good variety of breads were available for vegetarians also, which was helpful as some of our family members are strictly vegetarian

Not a clean place roads are very ugly filled with smell of cow dung

Service of the staff was just exceptional - from the manager to the restaurant staff to the reception, everyone went out of their way to be helpful and attentive. Small gestures such as helping with calling a Doctor, or checking on needs of our children showed a genuine interest from the staff in being helpful. For example, the food had not been prepared as expected and the staff immediately replaced the item with an alternate without anything.

Location of the hotel was wrong both in Fabexpress WhatsApp message and Google too. Hotel management is irresponsible even after multiple customer complaints. Water Droplets dripping from Ac No Water Bottle given Fan regulator removed...Full speed. Very inconvenient. Ac remote not provided and is set by hotel staff...customer can't change it. Very veryb small room...claustrophobic Lift not working Very bad experience overall.

Do not be misguided by the name of the hotel. The room we were given had a strong damp smell in it. Bed looked like it was made beautifully when we arrived but when we took off the cover we realised that there was a lot of dust and other particles under the sheet. The bed was made without dusting and cleaning the sheets. Towels, toothbrush etc is not provided. However reception keeps a strict control on who enters and leaves the premises instead.

last week unknowingly i booked room in this Hotel. Horrible hotel to stay. Book this only as a last resort. Not even complimentary water bottle was given, room full of cockroaches, nasty washrooms broken toilet seat, no intercom, no phone to contact reception also , even coffee/ Tea not available , no room service, no parking space, cleaning staff not available, very rude reception staff, they act as if we are asking room for free. they charge 25 rs for local brand water bottle which they get for 5 rs. all good reviews given by their own people. dont book here

Not worth. Because the safety is not good. And for geyser we have request the hotel management everyday to turn it on. There's no proper safety at all. Some people are drinking on the terrace.

The rooms were contrary to what was on the website. This was one of the worst stays that I had in Chennai.Neither the amenities were good nor the attitude and behavior of staff/hosts. Dirty Bathrooms, accessories and bed linen. In fact you would not feel like even cleaning yourself in the washrooms or lying on the bed. Small congested suffocating rooms!. Bad Location. Worst possible experience
