"It was very horrible experience which I had. The movement I entered in the room too much smell. Moreover smell was there in bed linen also, torn linen provided, light was fluctuating continuous I couldn't sleep whole night, reception staff was making to much sound. When I approached at reception the guy was playing pub g game and he was talking to him friend very loudly when I asked him not to make noise he mentioned it will be like that only. Such a disgusting I had to checkout 4am because I couldn't sleep. I request the management to take a action and come back to me with closer."

"I am frequent traveler, the worst hotel i ever stayed. Recepetion treat you like a refugee camp. Room is not clean and bed sheets with full stains.When it informed to room service ,they said all thier bed sheets are with stains only. This hotel allocated after paying advance to another near by FAB hotel and on check in at 9 pm in Reception room is not ready and return back after one hour , same person informed us rooms not available, eventhough advance payment successful. I recommend even they offer free stay , please do not book this FAB hotel , worst customer service"

"Attenders and staffs not obliged. They are irresponsible. Bathroom taps not working. No hot water supply. Bad smell in blankets, I think it is not washed. Very poor quality rooms. Very much disappointed."

"Worst hotel I have ever stayed. Room telephone was not working(no number provided for reception or room service). there was no remote to control the AC. Only 1 towel was provided after request. 2nd towel was unavailable since all are in laundry. Asked for plates and cutleries- was guided to take it from the store from second floor- took unwashed plates and washed by ourselves. There was no room service at all."

"Do not be misguided by the name of the hotel. The room we were given had a strong damp smell in it. Bed looked like it was made beautifully when we arrived but when we took off the cover we realised that there was a lot of dust and other particles under the sheet. The bed was made without dusting and cleaning the sheets. Towels, toothbrush etc is not provided. However reception keeps a strict control on who enters and leaves the premises instead."

"last week unknowingly i booked room in this Hotel. Horrible hotel to stay. Book this only as a last resort. Not even complimentary water bottle was given, room full of cockroaches, nasty washrooms broken toilet seat, no intercom, no phone to contact reception also , even coffee/ Tea not available , no room service, no parking space, cleaning staff not available, very rude reception staff, they act as if we are asking room for free. they charge 25 rs for local brand water bottle which they get for 5 rs. all good reviews given by their own people. dont book here"

"Worst hotel I have ever seen in my life. So filthy bed sheets, pillows, bedding, towels. I immediately walked out of the premises and booked another hotel during midnight. Front desk staff showed four rooms, all them are so dirty. I don’t even wanted to write review as I had to give at least one star. I wish I could have given -5 rating for this hotel. I have given a complaint on the same night and asked for refund. So far no one responded."

Dirty Bathrooms, accessories and bed linen. In fact you would not feel like even cleaning yourself in the washrooms or lying on the bed. Small congested suffocating rooms!. Bad Location.
