"They denied fabhotel website booking and forced me to pay the full amount for a premium room.he simply told we are no more in fabhotels.either pay and get a room or leave.i was helpless as the customer care number was a cheating one, as their agents were always busy attending other customers,but me.even after tried for two days repeatedly.i mailed my concern,,but still no reply.,the website of fabhotels total cheating.,I suspect the hotel owner also has a part on this,as he refused to give any receipt till now.,I will never ever stay with them.,@fab hotels/#cheaters hotels"

"The room had mold smell and the alternate room they showed smelled like a smoke. They argued it is the smell of a fragrance. No coffee maker in the room, very inconvenient location."

"Worst hotel I have ever stayed. Room telephone was not working(no number provided for reception or room service). there was no remote to control the AC. Only 1 towel was provided after request. 2nd towel was unavailable since all are in laundry. Asked for plates and cutleries- was guided to take it from the store from second floor- took unwashed plates and washed by ourselves. There was no room service at all."

"Do not be misguided by the name of the hotel. The room we were given had a strong damp smell in it. Bed looked like it was made beautifully when we arrived but when we took off the cover we realised that there was a lot of dust and other particles under the sheet. The bed was made without dusting and cleaning the sheets. Towels, toothbrush etc is not provided. However reception keeps a strict control on who enters and leaves the premises instead."

"last week unknowingly i booked room in this Hotel. Horrible hotel to stay. Book this only as a last resort. Not even complimentary water bottle was given, room full of cockroaches, nasty washrooms broken toilet seat, no intercom, no phone to contact reception also , even coffee/ Tea not available , no room service, no parking space, cleaning staff not available, very rude reception staff, they act as if we are asking room for free. they charge 25 rs for local brand water bottle which they get for 5 rs. all good reviews given by their own people. dont book here"

"Worst hotel I have ever seen in my life. So filthy bed sheets, pillows, bedding, towels. I immediately walked out of the premises and booked another hotel during midnight. Front desk staff showed four rooms, all them are so dirty. I don’t even wanted to write review as I had to give at least one star. I wish I could have given -5 rating for this hotel. I have given a complaint on the same night and asked for refund. So far no one responded."

Same was provided promptly without Any extra charge. Good variety of breads were available for vegetarians also, which was helpful as some of our family members are strictly vegetarian"

"The rooms were contrary to what was on the website. This was one of the worst stays that I had in Chennai.Neither the amenities were good nor the attitude and behavior of staff/hosts. Dirty Bathrooms, accessories and bed linen. In fact you would not feel like even cleaning yourself in the washrooms or lying on the bed. Small congested suffocating rooms!. Bad Location. Worst possible experience"

"Staff at reception was very unprofessional. He dont even know what complimentary items to be provided. I received towel and water bottle very late (next day) after my checkin. Didnt receved any oral hygiene items. There should be digital formalities and quick check-in. The water geazer was leaking. Due to some urgency i stayed for only one night. So i was expecting a refund for 2nd night. But didnt received any refund. The hotel location and ambiance is very bad. It is more like an apartment building. Please stop fooling people by sharing manupilative pictures on website."

"It was such a worst experience.. don't choose this hotel.. it was waste of money.. the rooms are so unclean and walls are full of fungus.. the bedspreads are filled with hairs and dust.. when I asked to change.. they refused.. such a worst room boy and receptionist... finally the bathrooms are even worst.."

"Service of the staff was just exceptional - from the manager to the restaurant staff to the reception, everyone went out of their way to be helpful and attentive. Small gestures such as helping with calling a Doctor, or checking on needs of our children showed a genuine interest from the staff in being helpful. For example, the food had not been prepared as expected and the staff immediately replaced the item with an alternate without anything."

Water Droplets dripping from Ac No Water Bottle given Fan regulator removed...Full speed. Very inconvenient. Ac remote not provided and is set by hotel staff...customer can't change it. Very veryb small room...claustrophobic Lift not working Very bad experience overall."
