    "The best thing was that the boys who are cleaning the place and the manager were very friendly and helpful. The place was so far clean. The room was more than basic. The bathroom could have been a bit cleaner. Only one torn towel for a double room. No toilet paper, one mini soap. Water bottle had to be paid. Breakfast was not available. Wifi in the room didn't work. AC was working fine. The hotel certainly doesn't deserve three stars. If at all two or even one star would be adequate. It is a low budget hotel and the advertisement is far beyond the reality. Around the corner was a tiny coffee and tea shop and a small grocery store and a pharmacy. The coffee was very good, the grape juice in the grocery store was also good. Three hundred meters is a small supermarket where one can get almost everything. About 800 m there is a Palava bhavan where one can get a great South Indian breakfast."

    "Worst of the worst experience. When I entered the room first it was totally messed up. I had to call the staff to clean the room, till then I had to wait outside the room. The washroom was sooo unclean and the floors were cracked. You’ll see cockroaches literally roaming around. Disgusting. Another thing was while booking the hotel I was told that there was complementary breakfast but I had call them 3 times for the breakfast but couldn’t receive it on time and I had to rush for my doctor’s appointment. I have been to many places and this was the worst experience in case of hotel."

    "One of the worst hotel i have stayed. I have stayed in fab hotels in other locations no issue at all. But this is pathetic. Absolutely no way run a hotel from this brand. In label it is Fab hotel but run by some one else.They take booking from OYO also. I checked OYO website also after this incident, their website is having same hotel with OYO board. Don't cheat the customer like this"

    "Worst experience the room is not cleaned and the room doesn’t looks as per the photo in the website. The space of room is like bed space you can’t even move round. The booking make to Fab customer care they told that everything is near for a decent hotel you need to walk 1.5 km to reach that’s we can consider as good for health. They doesn’t no where the location of hotel is. I made 2 bookings and I cancel one booking, because the rooms are not hygienic to stay. Not even worth to stay."
