Good room sizes and very well maintained bathroom. Very welcoming staff and professional service quality with nice behaviour of room service operator.
The staff was exceptionally courteous and professional, and this extended through all the departments, right from the Front Desk to Housekeeping.

Really loved the room.. pretty spacious as compared to rooms of other hotels in similar category. Bathroom was pretty spacious and clean as well.

Very bad condition of rooms and Toilet, not cleaned, very bad smell in rooms. We did not stayed.asked to cancel the room. Staff did not allowed to take photographs of the dirty rooms. Requested for. Refund, area manager could not be contacted customer care informed . They tried for 20 mim. and informed they will look for refund processing. Very bad experience with Fabhotel booking.
During my stay with family, including a 20-month-old baby, we encountered several significant issues that made our experience unpleasant: 1. Bad Odour: There was a persistent unpleasant smell upon entering the room and in the bathroom. 2. Room Condition: The walls had chipped paint, and the overall ambience of the room was poor. 3. Water Leakage: The air conditioning unit was leaking water. 4. Restroom Issues: The lock on the restroom was broken, and we were provided with no AC remote. 5. Staff Response: The staff’s response to our concerns was lethargic and unhelpful. 6. Cleanliness: The bed, blanket, and pillow covers were dirty, indicating a serious lack of hygiene. 7. Power Issues: We experienced a power failure from 02:10 to 07:00, and the inverter backup was insufficient, with the inverter machine located in our room, raising concerns about safety and privacy. Just have a live visit before check in, don’t believe In positive feedbacks and spoil your happy stay…
