"Worst of the worst experience. When I entered the room first it was totally messed up. I had to call the staff to clean the room, till then I had to wait outside the room. The washroom was sooo unclean and the floors were cracked. You’ll see cockroaches literally roaming around. Disgusting. Another thing was while booking the hotel I was told that there was complementary breakfast but I had call them 3 times for the breakfast but couldn’t receive it on time and I had to rush for my doctor’s appointment. I have been to many places and this was the worst experience in case of hotel."

"One of the worst hotel i have stayed. I have stayed in fab hotels in other locations no issue at all. But this is pathetic. Absolutely no way run a hotel from this brand. In label it is Fab hotel but run by some one else.They take booking from OYO also. I checked OYO website also after this incident, their website is having same hotel with OYO board. Don't cheat the customer like this"

"Hello, We booked a hotel Vijay park under the below booking Id and got confirmation of the booking image0.jpeg When we are on the way to the hotel , we received a call from the fab member and was informed that the hotel Vijay park was closed and not available for the past month. So they sent us a another message with new hotel address of the below image1.png The hotel which they sent home tree service apartment was really not the worth we paid for. Then we called Vijay park directly and came to know that the hotel was open and it is not closed . We called back many times to the fab member who called us but it was not answered. It was really a very bad and worst experience, we had a 4 month baby with us. We cant even able to argue or make another call or to Check another hotel on that time. Also it is a feeding time for the baby. We were very upset and had a very very worst experience."

"Cracked flooring, stinky bathroom, and worst of all unclean and stained bed sheets. Absolute waste of money. Mind you they rate themselves as 3 star hotel and charge accordingly.So Absolute waste of money Had to ask for numerous replacements of sheets with all of them stained. Finally had to settle for something as we had paid for the stay. Staff are responsive but are clueless about cleanliness. All in all would not recommend this place. Toilet maintenance not done properly even after repeated request we couldn’t get a stain free commode. Frustrating to give instructions to staff on how to do their job. Definitely not for family and are sensitive to cleanliness and ventilation. The AC duct outlet has been left into bathroom, this continuously keeps sending the water. Rusted shower overhead. Overall bad."

"Don't recommend to any one Worst room maintenance. Front Door lock is broken Lights are fused in rooms Exhaust fan is not working in restroom and tiles are not cleaned. Rooms Access card is not working for the power on the lights and broken too TV & AC remote is not working due to old battery is not replaced. Towels, Bedspreads are not washed properly. Reception ambience is so dull without proper lights. Rooms service persons is not serving at the morning after 7 for coffee or Tea or Water. Location is not accessible due to purely Residencial area. Car parking is not ample giving more important to 2 wheelers not cars or SUV. Worst experience for the cost better I suggest not to choose it."

"Room was excellent.But the bed sheet cover provided was not washed properly ,it had some water marks Otherwise everything else was fine. The hotel's check out time is fixed for 23 hours (12 pm to 11 am) which is not in accordance with standard procedure . It should have been 12 pm next day ! Also,as is the practice everywhere it should be 24 hours from the check in time."
