The bad is so comfortable and the room is so clean. All the staff is extremely professional, helpful and very quick. The breakfast is amazing
Excellent service provided by the hotel staff. Especially the staff from 24/7 where we had our lunch & dinner we had excellent food with an excellent service. Me and family really liked the hotel, the rooms were well maintained with comfy beds. Will recommend my friends to stay here if they are visiting Jaipur.
Amazing service, awesome room facilities. Loved stating here. My favourite hotel for sure.
Lovely hotel . Security was great . Staff very attentive . Breakfast was very good
Being a hotelier by profession, I know the hotel operations in detail. I am glad that I chose this property. The facilities were great and service was great too.
There was a little issues during check in, but it was resolved quickly. However, the bathroom doesn't smell so good. It seems some external issues! Overall it was ok!
Room was smelling awful and they refused to change the room saying you should book directly from us
Fake and fraudsters & worst choice!!!!!!! Don’t waste your time and money especially if you’re planning to visit PGI hospital and coming for check ups. You won’t be able to locate the hotel location, no welcome , no one was at reception, they show different pictures, hotel looks different, still construction and maintenance works happening, actual location is so FAR from PGI hospital and so confusing , that you would be wasting all money on petrol. Parking problem . Staff was not at all welcoming and not interested in clients comfort. Almirahs were pathetic, washroom amenities absent and was disgusting. Rooms smelled yucky and if you’ve a patient with you no lift facilities as you have to use stairs. No walkability no groceries and pharmacy stores nearby. We did our booking and didn’t liked the room and there was refund policy but they said we don’t refund cash or bank transfers, instead arrange room stay for same amount in another hotel of same brand. So these fraudsters kept our money and we didn’t stay there as well because for family stay it’s the worst choice. Save yourself and don’t book any room in this hotel! They are doing fraud in my opinion. Until now we haven’t got our money back.
The most shitty stay i ever did. Dirtiest room, staff is rude and doesn't understand the request being made. Washroom are dirty and smelly, mould on walls, seapage and if you ask anything from staff they straight away say no
Very poor condition of this hotel. No staff, No water in toilet, flush not working, no electrical socket in working condition, zero cleanliness, smelly rooms, no lift. If someone will pay me 1 lakh rupees to stay in this hotel, I'll still say A BIG No. It's better to spend a night in your car than staying in this hotel. If you still have no choice because of any reason and you plan to stay in this hotel out of compulsion, I recommend you to carry your own blanket, water bottles(for toilet use), own bed sheets, electrical extension, own LED TV, room freshner, Towels and toiletries. Best of Luck.
