Good rooms is good staff good food Great experience, staff were very attentive and proactively providing a comfortable stay. The rooms were super clean, The hotel is at perfect location, everything is within a 10-15 monitesy reachable radius. Thank you for making my stay memorable and delightful. Too noisy, I couldn't sleep whole night. Windows are installed very poorly. Very poor network of Wi-Fi. Torn towels and outdated shower in the bathroom. All the reviews seem fake.

PATHETIC EXPERIENCE. All the positive feedback here are either misleading / because of Akshay (Manager during night shifts), otherwise this hotel owner is a total fraud.Please beware. The owner does not value the guests. There was no water in the washroom the entire day we checked in (i.e. 21st February'2025). The room was not clean. Both washroom and room was stinking. The owner didn't bother to pick my call. The lady at the counter had zero knowledge about the services. I had to take all my luggage to the room by myself (I was with my 2 year old baby). Neither drinking water was provided even after continuous reminders not the room was cleaned on time. Breakfast took forever to come. My mother had to visit the hotel's kitchen & brought the food herself. Owner has no respect & zero sense of responsibility for its guests. Never been to such pathetic hotel in my life. MMT customer support did NOT help in any way. One of the support simply disconnected the call on my face saying we cannot do anything. Never booking on MMT app ever.

Terrible experience with Melano Hotel. Toiletrieswere not provided, TV was not working and Wifi was also not working. Staff was very rude and not helpful at all. Do not book this hotel please

Worst hotel i have come ever across Firstly they will demand 2k for a room that dont even deserve 1k The rooms are pathetic & worst Service is worst you order & then wait for your order for atleast 2 hrs Price in hotel menu is different then they charge because they cheat Recommend to no one worst hotel

Don't stay here. Cheap rooms design. They have managed to fit room in every corner. Bathroom have no ventilation (due to cost cutting and overcrowding the space with rooms). Staff have no manners. Don't ruin your vacation by going here.

I booked rooms for 7(seven) day wef from 24/1/25 to 30/1/25 night by depositing Rs 4,000/- in advance although it was mention in the ad that 'no booking fees will be charged'. In reality this hotel name was not in the locality but I have been offered one hotel with very non-spacious rooms which is not similar with the pictures shown in the ad. I have been offered another hotel named 'Arjun Hotel Diamond' which the Uber, Ola and Taxi Drivers were not known the location. Secondly, the receiptionist cannot speak or understand English and this is a very big problem. At the time of checking out the room rent was served to me and no adjustment for the advanced payment can be done and this is what the receiptionist answer my question about the adjustment of the advance payment-"talk to the company, we cannot do anything from this hotel" he said,oooooh where did the advanced payment fly away? Thirdly, the walls and floor of the rooms which we were occupying for the two nights were so dusty and finally I have decided to shortened my booking period and shifted to another hotel which was clean, cozy,spacious and good service rendered to us. This Hotel was located in the area where there is a place for dumping of domestic wastes which were the feeding point for stray dogs and cows and I WILL NEVER EVER WILL ACCOMODATE AGAIN.

I visit this hotel with my girlfriend it was bad experience for us. Hotel stuff is so lazy and food was so dirty room not clean everything was bad for us. I advise people not book this hotel find good place to sleep.
