"It was the Worst experience in my life, firstly the hotel has no car parking we had to park in front of some other building and were told to take the car away before 7am of the next morning, the room was full of dirt water seepage of walls, bed sheet were dirty full of hair from the previous customer, the bathroom didn't had hot water when told to the manager he said rudely to keep the water running for 5-10 min hot water will come and then turned his back. Will never recommend fab hotel services to any one and instantly delete the app."

"Please avoid if you can. The room and bathroom had cockroaches. Bathroom was unclean and unkept. They don't even provide water in the room and charge separately for it. You have to ask for towel and toiletries. Seems like a theka owner has entered the hotel business and knows nothing about hospitality."

"I had a terrible experience at this hotel. The staff was rude especially the boy on the counter who made us feel unwelcome. The room was far from clean and to our horrror we found cockroaches crawling on our bed I do not recommend staying here."

"I booked delux room but the room i got was so small with no ventilation. When i asked for the watet bottle i kept waiting for 30 mins and after they said the bottle is finished and he also said we called you kn your room to inform that but i didn’t received any call and also then i asked them give me 2 glass of water they said they are sending in your room and again I waited for 1:30 half hours for that and also called them 3-4 times for the same and then they give me water in some random soda bottle which was sticking so much and the taste of water was horrible"

Strangest thing ever happened is key was not given. They have restaurant and do room service. And food was good. Room is good for this budget if maintained well."

"New hotel but what matters most the sheets and pillows had a lot of stains on it and the room was filled with bugs and insects in the morning which was disgusting. Checked in late around 2am so had to stay - A.C wasn’t functioning properly - bed was hard- found it very hard to sleep even after a long haul flight. Stay away from this hotel if you’d like to sleep peacefully"

"Very bad room and location. Its in a street walking 300 meters. They do not give any service free. Drinking water you have to buy a bottle. They give 10×10 room for 1400 which is to high according there room quality. My room door handle brocken room walls having moisture. In room no TV LED for entertainment hahaha. If it's not booked by company I should not check in this hotel."

"**Not recommended One of my poor staycation experiences. I had to struggled a lot for basic services like water & WiFi. In my 2 days stay I have to wait for water to reach my washroom tap every morning no WiFi service available in the hotel but while booking they showed all the facilities in the book my show. During rainy days the location becomes a nightmare for people who are going by their car. Staffs & foods are good overall but water scarcity problem is something to think about."

I made a reservation through Goibibo with advance payment, but when I arrived at the hotel around 1:30 AM, they claimed they had no available rooms. They refused to accommodate us, behaved rudely, and acted like thugs. The hotel owner ignored my calls, and the manager was the most unprofessional person I've ever encountered. This place is a scam—beware!"

"Worst hotel, had to cancel our booking with no refund. We reached a bit early as informed during the booking with fabhotels. There is no place to wait or to keep the luggage as early checkin was denied. After talking to customer care they showed us Rooms and they were horrible, Not just one, we saw multiple rooms and all were in worst condition.. When enquired, we got response from manager saying the photos shown on app is just for marketing purposes. By the way manager behaviour was rude. When spoke to customer care, they ask us to click pics of the room. Never book with fabhotels."

"The room was always absolutely clean, and the housekeeping staff was always smiling and always kind when coming to my room. Staff at the reception was kind and really helpful. They were able to solve all our problems, from ordering a pizza until booking airplane tickets. The hotel also offer a good service in its travel desk."

"Hotel is new but they don't know how this industry works. Booked room with them in emergency. Location is hard to find. The receptionist girl has so much attitude don't know how to talk when i asked for towel and soap she clearly said that we don't have towels as laundry will come in morning and did not provide the soap. Charged extra for water bottle. Ac was not working properly. There was smell in the water in washroom. It was nightmare to live for a night. Never ever book room with them. One can book 3 star hotels at same price at same Location"

"Booked via fabhotel customer care with advance booking amount for 1 week and early check-in was demand by me and was assured by customer care and hotel on phone . But after reaching hotel Manager denied early check in even after payment and customer care mediation. Manager behaviour is totally rude. Manager was drunk i think. Room offered us was really so bad. Hotel is like zoo. No ventilation and light. In front of hotel so many Non veg dhaba, butcher shop of pig and slum area and all other worst stuff. cancelled booking, No refund given. After visiting hotel, i can say that is not suitable for family and vegetarian people and official groups. Rough and non veg people can stay in this hotel for sure."

"Service of the staff was just exceptional - from the manager to the restaurant staff to the reception, everyone went out of their way to be helpful and attentive. Small gestures such as helping with calling a Doctor, or checking on needs of our children showed a genuine interest from the staff in being helpful. For example, the food had not been prepared as expected and the staff immediately replaced the item with an alternate without anything."

"The hotel is located at the prime location of Phase 1 Mohali ( Franco Chowk!). Route autos connecting to all other phases of Mohali ( Phase 5, 7, 9, 10 till 11 phase) is available just below the hotel. Facility needs to be more professional like the room ACs are not functional to combat the excessive heat of 47 degrees. Rest the reception people are very polite and helpful, however the rooms specifically the bedsheets, pillow covers need to be clean and hygienic. Thank you"
