"This place is not for Families. Has Bar and Restaurant in same building. Worst Rooms, Worst Services. 0 rating. Not even an extra pillow was provided. For couples there are a great many hotels, don't come here. Prefer Treebo over Fab any day. Pathetic experience. Couples can find better places in Oyo than this one."

"I wish there were less than 1 star. Almost everything was not working. Had horrible experience finding the property as no name was displayed on the front. The room was not that much clean. There were stains on the wall. Bathroom accessories were not working etc. There was no parking place and the security guard behaved strangely when asked where to park."

"Hopeless property. Dirty linens and towels. Initially they gave a torn, dirty bath towel.Walls shabby. Broken fan regulator, cant control the speed. No proper lighting in the lift, no fan as well,l inside the lift. Very scary to use the lift. Pathetic entry. Better to avoid at any cost."

"Very bad experience. Late arrival was informed earlier. Paid advance earlier and on arrival at property paid all Balance amount .The room was allotted on 3rd floor, the lift was out is service , room was in bad condition, no toiletries and towel available. No tissue paper , water bottle and intercom to connect ,For everything I had to have mobile contact with front desk again and again. Toilet was dirty and filthy , smell foul. Towel given after request was very old . Front desk staff are very rude and lethargic, totally irresponsible. No value for money , no respect or affection to customer, total waste of money. Regret lot for choosing FAB HOTEL and never ever stay or recommend to anyone, even by mistake Horrible 3 Hours stay"

"I chose this hotel considering the location and the brand - fab chain of hotels. Unfortunately, I see the service is very bad from the staff. Inspite calling many times for either water, small issues, etc.; the room service takes 1-2 hrs. While checking out, calling reception to send a person to carry luggage; there was also delay in that. The receptionist simply said there are no people to come and carry luggage although he knew that we are. Checking out in sometime. The staff behaviour is very casual and careless. For anything, they say only sorry and do nothing. I haven't expected such worst experience from fab chain of hotels. Also, considering the room maintenance, room cleaning, receptionist tells that there are very less staff and cleaning couldn't be done when you say. We will do when we have time. Very rude & worst behaviour. Room amenities are present but not maintained like lift isn't working properly, wifi connection is repeatedly fluctuating within 5-10 min, the room bed/sofa aren't cleaned properly during checkin. I request fab chain authorities to check this hotel and do some proper audit so that they don't take advantage of being fab chain and providing service of 1-2 stars. This is a complain or feedback I wanted to give to fab."

"I was staying in this hotel from 24tg December 2023 till 30th December 2023, the staff is good and polite, but the rooms are very dirty, there were marks on the bedsheets as well as the walls as u can see in the pics attached. Other problem here is that they provide only one type of breakfast when u have a breakfast included package, which is aalo parathe that too only one piece. The service is slow, it takes nearly 30 mins for the food to come to your room. The bathroom has a weird kind of smell. I won't recommend this hotel if you are planning to stay here."

"There was a light cut for 4 times in the morning and I found not take bath and was late to work owing to the non working of water heater. Inspite for calling several times no action was taken. The light was reinstalled after almost an hour. Pathetic experience. Even the hotel location is remote."

"Rooms were a good size and nicely furnished. It was very quiet, barely any noise from outside except for the occasional wedding nearby. The bed was excellent quality, I slept well the whole trip. Also as a solo female traveler, I felt very safe and comfortable."

"My worst hotel stay by far. They keycard didnt work, I had to ask someone from the reception to Open my room everytime. My room wasnt cleaned for 3 days in a row. It was only cleaned when I repeatedly called. No staff to attend at most times."
