    "Not stayed in the hotel... very bad location.....very bad condition of hotel and rooms. Rooms look like not opened for years. Smelling awfully. The hotel reception person was very rude and badtameez. Not stayed but he has done checked in and out. Asked for refund atleast partial amount. He refused and replied very rudely....seems illiterate. Fabhotels are good heard from someone and booked. But our experience that too without staying is very very bad."

    "The hotel is at a walkable distance from Airport terminal. Hotel staff were really nice and food was also good. Rooms were clean with clean sheets and towels. Overall a good stay near the airport."

    "*POOR* recommendation. I called the phone number provided and Mr Vinay Maurya responded from Fab. He asked to deposit online some amount for booking for premium room. He is utterly a FRAUD person . He called and said that he had booked a Premium room and when I reached Fab royal Crystal Hotel, the Ma'am at reception was not allotting me the room at that discounted rates and when I tried to Call Mr Vinay Maurya, he put me on voice mail. And yet not responded . At last Ma'am gave me a DELUXE ROOM which was extremely bad. Cockroach in room, toilets not cleaned, torn bedsheets and curtains, Was a very bad experience to book through FAB."

    "The hotel location is great. The staff including Jharna, Sandhya, Chandan at the reception are awesome and very professional people. The restaurant young guy Ashish is very polite, humble and a great person. The hotel is cleaned thoroughly and the water is also very good. I would give 5/5 for everything in this hotel and I would definitely come back again."

    "The hotel is near the airport. The room and bathroom are very small. Not as clean as I expected as a part of fab hotels. The AC was very noisy. The bedsheets and towels were very old and out of shape. The bed has special guests like cockroach. I stayed there for two nights. The experience was bad. No clear information regarding the policies of fab hotels. I will not recommend this hotel to anyone, it is not fit for a solo traveller also."

    "I Booked 2 deluxe room online. After reaching the hotel, receptionist informed she can't provide us deluxe room. Online room criteria and hotel criteria is totally different according to them.. I didn't got the rooms which I booked.. Rooms were totally different from the photos that they are showing on on the goibibo. Bedsheets were not clean..there were lots of strains..ac was window ac that you can't control according to temperature. Bathroom door didn't had any lock. No bathroom essentials like soap, shower gel, shampoo etc were provided, only hand wash was there. Above all the receptionist don't know how to deal with costomers . It was a very bad experience. Only good thing about this hotel is it's location."

    "Overall it was nice stay. But except the experience with the Front Desk staff at night. Who could have been little more polite and hospitable. As we requested to allow our friends at night for 2 hours for room dinning which we thought of ordering from hotel but it was denied arrogantly and without showing any due respect towards guest by the staff. Saying in couple room friends are not allowed those were family members who were visiting us for dinner at end we went out to have dinner. But because of Sasmita we are giving 5 start. We need to learn from Sasmita and he should little hospitable towards guests. That's the feedback. FYI they were not gents members who were travelling they were all ledies members but despite that it was denied."
