My recent stay at FabHotel Airport residency was absolutely delightful! From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was greeted with warm smiles and efficient service. The check-in process was seamless, and the staff were incredibly helpful in answering all my questions. My room was spacious, impeccably clean, and beautifully decorated. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. I also appreciated the thoughtful amenities, such as the complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi, bottled water. Will surely recommend the hotel to my near and dear ones.

Location is good.. Staff is good.. Room is good

Room was not clean. Towels were dirty and while we went out of our room someone went inside we felt. He kept the lift open so that no one can enter upstairs. It was on top floor. As we came suddenly after calling multiple times he went down and he forgot to switch off the tv which was not running even we didn’t switched on the tv. So it was clear one hotel staff boy was there in our room. Hotel was not at all clean. It is like dharamshala. Very unhealthy we felt.

No exhaust system inside bathroom causing foul smell inside the room. Linen and furnitures were not clean, poor service as bath towels and soaps were given upon demand.

Worst experience in this hotel as well as fab service. I had booked my Hotel in Pentagon Next but after visiting in the hotel they said fab has changed your hotel from Pentagon Next to Fabhotel Greenstar which is worst as ever. I will never recommend this hotel as well as Never book your Hotel from Fabhotel. They are not trust worthy and they will ruin your vacation. This is not fake feedback or something.

Please do not go this type hotel based on online picture this not 1% right My worst experience is that hotel asking for drinking water charges , If you go with famliy please book hotel reputed company like ITC,Marrito only 2000 extra but you and family safe because we fining low cost hotel but they dose not clean the bad sheet and so may change to ill that's why we suggest

Absolutely horrible hotel, the pictures posted on their website are totally deceiving. The rooms are very small, bathrooms even smaller, location is absolutely horrible. No facilities for elderly, no lift & the service sucks. Will not recommend this place. I used to think Fab hotel chain is good but after this experience I'll never book at another Fabhotel chain hotel.

First thing, *Do not book hotels from FAB* We had the very worst experience with them. - We travelled to Bhubaneswar - Prior one day of our check in hotel, it got closed due to some dispute - No prior updates received from FAB hotels for the hotel closures except the check- in notification in same hotel. - We had to call FAb customer care which took 1 hour and we were on road standing 11 members with so much luggage. - They provided an alternative hotel called " FAB Hotel Airport Residency, which was 5 km away from the current location where you don't have any hotels for food, ola , Uber and rapido won't reach, if any how they reached they were charging extra. - A new hotel is basically an apartment which is converted into a hotel. - They were making good coffee only not food like Upama, Pohe etc - they don't know how to provide service. - some rooms are little and some are okay with no hot water supply. - The hotel is full of mosquitoes rather than customers. - For the first two days I personally requested an all out machine and liquid which I did not receive. Last night they provided. * Do not book any Fab hotel * * Dreadful experience *

Bathroom was very bad. Water outlet was choked and flush was not working. I stayed on rooms 101 and 302 on 18th Feb. It was only a business stay so I didn't bother pushing the staff to fix it but I certainly did complain. No resolution though. Initially was given 101, bathroom was choked. Post complaining, they moved me to 302, but that room had flush not working and bathroom choking issues both. Lol. Rooms are good though. And staff was extremely professional as well. Just bad bathrooms.

This Fabhotel was my worst booking ever. I booked this hotel in my friend's name for my marriage. I went through the review and read complaint about cleanliness. I went myself and asked hotelier to keep the specific room for my friend as that was clean after booking. Next day the same room they said is not available. And if my friend wants other room then they need to pay 500 rs per day extra. My friend booked another hotel n stayed. I called fab hotel customer care, again worst service. They simply refused to refund my amount even after telling entire story. They started saying false thing that we refused to stay when they were giving the room which we chose and when they were not able to answer simply said we can't refund.
