Excellent hotel service, very cool air conditioner, lift and all service very good

Every thing is ok-ok, smelly washroom with dirty washroom curtain, hotel employees behaviour is good and they properly respond and resolve your problems

Dear Team, lot of improvement is needed, Staff is good. But Ac is not working and door locks are not proper not intact. Very disgusting room locks and Ac is not working. But location of hotel is good and Staff is also good.

Good place. But, bathroom locks are broken. Important things like doormates are missing and I personally think that bedsheet and blankets are not clean as they should be.

There was no drinking water in the room. No cupboards, no hangers and not a single iron press was available in the hotel. Breakfast was pathetic.

I stayed there for one night and I might never forget that, such a gruesome experience. First the checkin period was way too delayed like who takes 40mins to chekin? Then comes there favourite excuse we are out of rooms therefore we are alloting room on 6th floor , provided there is lift till 4th floor only and no bellboy for your luggage you are on your own. Then the rooms on the 6th floor there is no fan only one damm AC . For the first 2 hours the AC was not cooling at all despite running at 17 , also 6th floor is the top floor so the heat is unbearable already, after 7 calls to the reception still no update on the AC, after one more hour it started cooling on its own, also there is one dead remote to control the AC, I mean if only you have 2AAA battery or an if you carry an extra AC remote while you travel then you are blessed else you are doomed with an AC at 17 or heat at 44. Forget about the basic amenities, they didn't even care to give a handwash for the washroom, every time we call the reception their answers were amusing " ladka nikal gya hai handwash leke" although he never reached, maybe lost his way to the 6th floor. Also there were many empty rooms available at 4th floor but those are alloted only of you book offline cause then they can charge you as much as they want. They charge 32rs for a simple mineral water bottle, talk about the charges..also you can get RO water if you call the food services and can wait 40-44 minutes....else you can walk out 20mtrs and buy yourself one. Then the checkout process..... Lovely how quick they are up for you to vacate. You start getting calls by 10:30 till the time you do not vacate . Also they will make you checkin late and checkout early by 11 any late and a charge of 200 is Waiting for you. I slept soundly with the train honking and undergoing construction sound. Even Fab hotels customer support didn't care to look after their customer.

They entered our room without permission and behaved very arrogantly with us and accused us with false charges.They also humiliated us and charged extra for nothing.

Worst experience... even every room was opening with A common mastercard. No security at all. They have all the controls to make it worst. Tv was not working. Water leak was there in basin ... all hell... advice : Not to book... think... re think...

Location doesn't has to do with anything if the service and hospitality is not good, I would even not ranked them with one star even, first after reaching the location to go the reception for cheki in, the lift was not working and the reception is in the third floor but technically it's 4th floor so after travelling 30hrs in a train journey and completely exhausted you think of easy check in and relax but no it's not possible, then when you reach reception you get to see that no electricity in the room, the reception guy seems incompetent and mere some 14-15yrs old kid by looks, may be I am wrong but then relocated to another room, but rooms are dirty bedsheet are having stains and cockroaches and bed bug walking but on request you don't get clean bedsheet! then coming to amneties, fan not working, AC not working, TV not working, even the faucet in the washroom has leakage of water, then for what sale the hotel charging such amount of money for a night, and then even after mentioning of three adults and providing valid Id the reception guy keeps on asking questions about the relationship between the adults as we were one male & two female such an embarrassment infront of your own people as during our stay we got to understand the property is being used for mostly one night stand or such kind of activities and as we checked in late around 8:10pm the reception guy was judging us like that, even though we have luggage and we were tired after such journey such humiliating and embarrassment and I was suffering from stomach pain so didn't had enough energy to check for other property but whole night had to spend in confusion is the property authentic! then on asking no warm water for getting refreshed the guy replied warm water only available during morning bath time, so pathetic, it's a nightmare and worst experience of my life! I would highly not recommend such property to any decent guest to book if you're visiting Bhopal, to add more as my health was not good and as a courtesy I requested the hotel guy if he can grant us few couple of hours for late check in, he simply denied as we wanted to check out around 3pm, he said if we do then whole day charge will be billed, seriously!!! is this some kind of service, guys I don't want you to go through for which I have been through with my family!

This hotel and FABHOTEL derive zero starts but unfortunately it's not available. When we reached the property it looks like 3rd grade hotel and in photos they have shown something else. Doors were closed and FABHOTEL (fake hotel) simply switched off the mobile and enjoying my payment.
