The rooms in hotel were smelling while ac was not working in one room. washroom commode was broken . but the location is the only advantage.

The service and staff at the khushi regent are the best. hotel is at a good location, at the centre of bustling city, i would say. as a female solo traveller checking in at 1am in the night, i found it pretty safe and secure too. rooms are fine as per the cost. cleanliness is well maintained in both room and bathroom, and infact throughout the hotel. my priority was to have a room with a window, which has atleast a decent view, so this hotel ticked that box for me. just one thing, train tracks are behind the hotel, so ensure that you get a room with minimum disturbances from passing of trains. i asked the staff to change the room, and they changed courteously to a room with balcony, after a day depending upon room availability. the hotel has in-house restaurant that worked pretty well for me. i booked the hotel for 2days and later extended for 2 more days, so i can totally recommend this hotel to stay in bhopal.

I will be fair and blunt on my experience of stay here. the location of the property is good but the rooms are really tiny. i tiny rooms they have tried to accommodate everything. we stayed as family of four, me, wife and two kids. the bed is so small that it was ok for kids only and we more or less stayed awake all night. the table in the room is so small that you cannot even keep two plates together for your dinner or breakfast. after all the furniture there is literally no space for you to stand and walk in the room. claustrophobic will have panic attacks in these rooms. all the rooms are same size.good location and prompt service are only things positive here. all in all, not a recommendable hotel.

What was good-location ,it was center of city . so it was easy for marketing and all . what was bad- as i paid early check in amount ,and i requested them to provide me ground floor or first floor rooms ,because i have kid with me . but they won't provided . and they provided on 4th floor ,where lift was not working properly ,room was smelling bad ,bed shit was dirty . towel was not given to us . over all it was bad experience to stay here . wasted money for one day i paid around 3000 and i found wasted .
