First of all hotel jewel palace have to upgrade their service team & reception team, first of all hotel jewel palace doesn't no how to entertain customer, door was not open by the key, after many complaint matter does not resolve, what to say about hotel, it was so disappointing.

The hotel has no standards, untidy beds and bedsheets. the owner is very rude and staff doesn’t cooperate. we had a very bad experience and decided to leave the property within 15 mins of check in.
