Worst hotel i ever visited asked for extra money and even the room wasn't clean and asking to pay the amount as per there wish and even after that they asked me to pay 25 rs for water bottle which simply cost 20 same for room charges my booking was done in 720 hotel staff asked me to pay 800 i even could not manage to stay there so i booked other hotel to stay worst experience ever

Excellent service provided by the hotel staff. especially the staff from 24/7 where we had our lunch & dinner we had excellent food with an excellent service. me and family really liked the hotel, the rooms were well maintained with comfy beds. will recommend my friends to stay here if they are visiting jaipur.

Very well maintained hotel and rooms. all the staff were very friendly and courteous. we arrived earlier than expected by a few hours and our room was prioritised in terms and we were able to check in early free of charge. this was very helpful and appreciated as we were quite tired after a long flight.

When we walked into the hotel we were immediately given a warm welcome which was particularly nice after travelling so far. our room was very comfortable. the restaurant was superb and the staff could not do enough for us. food was very good and the choice was amazing.

We stayed here to attend marriage in family on 17th april 2018 and were impressed with front desk team who go out of way to extend help. well maintained rooms and nice spread for breakfast. we certainly would like to stay again during our next trip.
