Good hotels and maintenance Staff also good response the costumers

I had a fantastic stay at Pavithra Edition The staff ( Sujith and team ) was incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring a smooth check-in and a comfortable experience throughout. The room was spotless, well-maintained, and equipped with all the necessary amenities. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, making for a restful night’s sleep.

PAVITHRAA Edition is really an awesome place for stay at Bangalore. As per my experience, I am staying here and facilitated all the ultra basic facilities. Timely cleaning, 25*7 RO drinking water, hygienic and tasty foods, safety, supportive staffs and Good owner available here. I am really a big fan of home owner because of his kind hearted behaviour. Overall, this place is safe and really nice. I recommend this place for long stay.

Generally the staff is very co-operative & friendly, property is pretty neat & clean, rooms are comfortable. Food also is good.

You can make the judgement. 1. I had reserved in SN residency which is 400m from the marriage Mandapam. I had paid ₹929 as advance as well. But it was cancelled & hotel didn't give me proper response & I was asked to contact Fab Hotels. I called fab hotels customer care number, representative said she will check and revert. She came back after 5 mins and said " due to some technical issues, they can't provide there but will give a room near by at same price , else my advance amount can be refunded*. Pavithra editions is 6kms from.marriage Mandapam. I incurred additional costs for cab service In Pavithra editions, though check-in time is 12pm, i reached venue by 3om but the room was not ready. They had sweeped, mopped , cleaned, changed the bed spreads z cleaned the toilet in front of me all made me wait upto 20 mins. No apologies but was told it will be ready in 5 mins. The room spray was too overpowering and gave uneasy feel. Will never ever choose Fab Hotels henceforth.

Per policy check-in time is 12PM. I went by 3pm, room was not ready. Was made to wait for 15 mins to clean . I had originally booked in SN Residency but was cancelled by hotel after paying advance amount of ₹939. Proof of payment and later was assigned to Pavithra editions which is 6km from the marriage hall. I had paid close ₹1000 for ac alone

A special mention goes to Sujit, whose hospitality and genuine care made our stay even more memorable. I had brought some home-cooked food that required refrigeration, and Sujit went out of his way to ensure we received the necessary service without any hassle. His dedication and willingness to go the extra mile were truly commendable. The impeccable service provided by the entire team made us feel welcomed and valued at all times. Their professionalism, warmth, and round-the-clock availability made our stay not just comfortable but truly special.

I hope the fab hotel top management reads this and makes an enquiry into the working of this hotel. We had booked this hotel for a stay of 2 nights last week. Upon arrival the front desk gave us a room which was not cleaned after the last checkout. The linens were dirty and had shed hair from previous use. We had to stand outside the room while they replaced the sheets and cleaned the room. The bed was the most uncomfortable mattress I have ever slept on. I still have the soreness in my back from spending 2 nights sleeping on it. Spring Matress is old and sagging in places but the hotel management still hasn't done anything to replace them. The rooms are quite conjusted, but if travelling alone you can make do. If travelling family, then the rooms are not comfortable enough due to lack of space. Bathroom is clean enough and spacious.. On the 2nd day morning I gave the room key to the front desk and requested for a cleaning. To my shock they had not done it even when we returned in the evening! We had to wait outside the room for the 2nd time while they cleaned the room, again. On top of all this, the hotel owner is so greedy that he wanted us to pay full amount for the entire stay upfront, even though I had paid advance amount online while booking. The desk clerk kept giving us some excuse about how the app won't let him check us in without full payment. I refused and only paid at the end of checkout, i recommend you do the same also. I paid around INR 1500 including GST per night and they don't stock any water bottles or snacks. Any food or drink ordered through the hotel phone will have a premium over the mrp coz they had to travel to nearby store and buy the items you asked for. Overall my experience with this budget stay was horrendous. Recommended only if you're travelling alone to Bangalore. PS: We also found a bug in between the sheets.Photo attached.
