Very friendly staff, proactive and helpfull. I am talking here about all the staff I interacted with: reception desk, restaurant, romm service. The informations receied were always correct and I felt safe. The room was comfortable and clean. Great value for the money.

The facilities are good and at par with similar hotels in that category in India.
