Property was well maintained. Rooms were clean and also the bedsheets, pillow covers everything were clean. Had ordered food from the cafeteria section and it tasted good as well.
Very Comfortable and the location jus nailed it, Manager Ajmal was so helpful, big room, big bed, Too good
The stay was pleasant and safe, the staffs are so friendly and helpful. Please make sure AC is working.
I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel. Everything about it was excellent – from the check-in process to the moment I checked out. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making me feel welcome from the start. The rooms were spotless, well-equipped, and very comfortable, providing everything I needed for a relaxing stay.
Very nice experience, room cleanliness, location and easy accessibility for everything
You can make the judgement. 1. I had reserved in SN residency which is 400m from the marriage Mandapam. I had paid ₹929 as advance as well. But it was cancelled & hotel didn't give me proper response & I was asked to contact Fab Hotels. I called fab hotels customer care number, representative said she will check and revert. She came back after 5 mins and said " due to some technical issues, they can't provide there but will give a room near by at same price , else my advance amount can be refunded*. Pavithra editions is 6kms from.marriage Mandapam. I incurred additional costs for cab service In Pavithra editions, though check-in time is 12pm, i reached venue by 3om but the room was not ready. They had sweeped, mopped , cleaned, changed the bed spreads z cleaned the toilet in front of me all made me wait upto 20 mins. No apologies but was told it will be ready in 5 mins. The room spray was too overpowering and gave uneasy feel. Will never ever choose Fab Hotels henceforth.
Booked hotel room for my relatives 1. Hotel room was good and hygienic. 2. But they had construction activities in the building, even at night and disturbed each other's sleep. They only stopped after we raised the issue multiple times. The customer care was half supportive. 3. After check out, they asked for remaining balance, which we had already paid. Looks like they didn't account it earlier or wanted to cheat us. Luckily we showed our receipt and then suddenly everything is alright. I won't suggest staying here.
ALL THE 5 STAR RATINGS ARE PAID ! Do not get fooled . Money swindling lady owner , pathetic staff ( especially anitha ) . Food , let me not say anything which may make the review readers unconscious .

Worst hotel experience I’ve had in India so far (and it’s my third time in India)! The location is nice, but everything else was a disaster!! Where to start? The guy at the reception wanted “extra service fees” (1000 Rupies) just for checking us in early. When we said we’d rather wait than pay so much, he wanted us to leave the lobby right away! Never met such un unfriendly Indian person anywhere else! When we finally came back to check in, the lady told us right way that we should rather upgrade — it’s all about the money in this place! However, she was right: the first room they showed us was completely moldy (we told them to fix it, but you could tell from their reaction that they will not do it), the second one smelled like cigarettes. The third one was okay (except for dark hair on the bed sheets!). However, you need to be okay with noise as the doors don’t lock properly and you can hear everything that’s going on in the hallway and in the kitchens nearby. Note that this hotel seems to be frequented almost entirely by Muslims, as a person from the West this is something to get used to … would not ever come back! Note to owner: I have no reason whatsoever to post a fake review here (and to write such a long text). This is just something a hotel guest should know about your place! And, NO, there was definitely no wedding going on at the time of my stay!
