    "Subject: Feedback Regarding Recent Stay at FabHotel GRK Comforts, Bangalore Dear Team, I recently stayed at FabHotel GRK Comforts, Jayanagar, with Booking ID: VF45UZ. Unfortunately, my experience was far below expectations. Here are the major issues I faced during my stay: 1. AC was not working, making it extremely uncomfortable. 2. Handwash was not provided in the bathroom. 3. TV was not functioning properly. 4. There were blood stains on the bedsheet and the blanket was full of dust, which was highly unhygienic and unacceptable. For your reference, I have attached photos highlighting these issues. This is the second time I have encountered such problems with the FabHotel franchise, which is deeply disappointing. Considering the 1562 I paid, the quality of service felt more comparable to budget options like OYO rooms at 500. Such experiences are eroding the reputation of FabHotels, much like OYO has suffered due to poor room service and substandard maintenance. I strongly urge you to address these issues seriously to retain your customers trust. Given my experience, I am now considering competitors like Goibibo, MakeMyTrip, or Booking.com for future bookings. Looking forward to your response and an assurance that corrective actions will be taken."

    "I would likely to give a five star rating for this residency as everything was superb and good including hospitality ,rooms, service, etc except one thing that I lost during our stay, ie, the sleep. We stayed here for a day on the third floor but we were experiencing very loud and harsh noice from the nearby building for every 15 minutes and it was really annoying and harshful. Due to this noice, we were not able to properly sleep during our stay, the loud harsh noice seems to be from the operating of motor/ac, not sure on this, but its very very unpleasant."

Reception side 2 boys gave room in terrace at first and after an argument they gave room in second floor which is also below average with conditions i mentioned above. Fabhotels should not include this hotel in their group. I moved to another hotel in morning."

From the moment we arrived, I encountered rude staff who seemed more interested in collecting extra cash than providing any semblance of hospitality. Despite having a reservation, they tried to charge us additional fees that were never mentioned during the booking process. When I questioned these charges, the staff became defensive and unhelpful. It was clear that customer service was not a priority for them. The room itself was subpar—dirty and poorly maintained. It felt more like a scam than a legitimate hotel experience. I would strongly advise anyone considering this place to look elsewhere. Save your money and avoid the hassle! I booked this hotel from make my trip even they couldn’t able to help."
