There was no parking. I had to park my car on the street. The car got messy with bird droppings. Breakfast was not available in the morning. We paid extra for breakfast but when called the staff mentioned order will be taken after 9:30 and will be served after 10:30

My recent stay at this hotel was far from satisfactory. The staff behavior was extremely disappointing; they were rude and unaccommodating, which made the entire experience unpleasant. The room was much smaller than expected, especially considering the high pricing. To make matters worse, the cleanliness was subpar – the room and bathroom were not properly maintained, which is unacceptable for a hotel at this price point. Overall, I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone. The combination of poor service, lack of cleanliness, and unreasonable pricing makes it a poor choice for travelers. I hope the management takes these issues seriously and improves their standards.

The room was extremely small and not worth the price. The staff were rude and arrogant, acting as if they were working at NASA with their attitude. At check-in, we informed the reception that one of our cars would be parked in their parking lot, and they agreed. We parked our car and went on a short trip. However, when we returned the next morning, they suddenly started demanding ₹500 per day for parking. Had we known this earlier, we would have parked at the airport, which is much cheaper. This place is purely money-minded and definitely not worth paying over ₹1000 for a room. Charging ₹500 per day for parking when we had already gotten prior approval is unreasonable. I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

Room was just ok and food was just ok. They did not provide bill to me yet. I called them to ask to send to my mobile number with an explanation that email was not given properly while booking, reception person asked to call customer care. I called them and waited for 10 mins and disconnected , reception simply refused that they will not be able to send bill to my WhatsApp , but they send all other updates to WhatsApp. Won't be preferring this hotel for my next stay in the upcoming months.
