Excellent service. The staff at the restaurant was amazing. Very thoughtful, very eager to be of service - the best I have experienced!

It's worth the price. Affordable and good location to nearby pubs n restaurants. Rather okay rooms. Though service could have been better. I encountered a minor dispute during check out regarding double payment. But was resolved by a very helpful Customer service staff from HQ by the name Altamesh (hope I got his name right). Hats off n thanx once again for a fantastic service. Moreover the hotel lacked IT abilities. Didn't even get a proper computerised bill during check out. Just a hand written note of cash payment.

The room was too dingy with no window, no natural light and air circulation. Lacks certain basic amenities like no hangers in cupboard, no hooks to hang clothes in the bathroom, no mirror above the sink for shaving, no rack to keep soaps in the bath etc. I think there is no exhaust in the bathroom or it was not working. It appears that nobody from management visits the property and entire function has been left to the reception and housekeeping.

The taps were not working, the lights in the room such as dressing table lights were not working. Towels were not available in the room. Wifi was not working properly.

I booked this hotel seeing 9.0 rating. But, i did not even stay in that shady place even for a day coz the entire building is capsule size with dirty laundry lying on the corridor. I did not feel safe to stay with my wife. Please do not encourage false ratings.

This was the worst hotel I have seen. Seen because I did not checkin due to the bad and stinky rooms. There is seepage on all the walls. Lost my entire amount as the room was ore-booked. Please don’t fall for the photos, these are fake photos. The rooms are full of smoke smell, bed sheets are soiled and torn. I have my doubts that this place has been undertaking illicit activities. The receptionist and workers very arrogant. They completely denied any responsibility towards the guest. I sincerely hope that they change the way hotel rooms are. Fabhotels also denied any responsibility. It’s a shame that fabhotels is looting people by mis-guiding the travellers by showing fake photos of the rooms.

Upon check-in, I was assigned a room. However, upon entering the room, I noticed the following: Bathroom Hygiene: The bathroom lacked a tissue roll, which I had to request at the reception. Additionally, the bathroom was not properly cleaned and had a persistent bad smell. I called the reception, and while they did send someone to clean it, the unpleasant odor remained. Mosquitoes in the Room: Despite being in an air-conditioned room, there were numerous mosquitoes, which made the stay uncomfortable. When I requested a room change, I was informed that no alternative room was available. Steins in bedsheet: There were mosquito blood and steins in bedsheet. But they refused to replace the bedsheet. Bad service: When I had asked for the breakfast I ordered while booking the hotel, the receptionist was very rude. Staffs have very bad attitude. They have the attitude like we are staying there for free. I am disappointed by the quality of service and cleanliness provided, and the lack of a suitable resolution to the issues raised. It is easy to stay in a bus stand but never come here for the stay. Very expensive and very poor quality rooms and service. NEVER STAYING IN FABHOTEL AGAIN !!!

The lobby smells of smoke. Even a dental kit qualifies of an amenity which they don’t have. Be prepared for battling with Mosquitoes. Moreover the Fab Hotel support staff was really rude and couldn’t care less for the issues raised.

I will go for zero stars. Very bad experience. Not clean. Very bad surrounding. Photo uploaded and real room is extremely different. Just hated.
