"I would likely to give a five star rating for this residency as everything was superb and good including hospitality ,rooms, service, etc except one thing that I lost during our stay, ie, the sleep. We stayed here for a day on the third floor but we were experiencing very loud and harsh noice from the nearby building for every 15 minutes and it was really annoying and harshful. Due to this noice, we were not able to properly sleep during our stay, the loud harsh noice seems to be from the operating of motor/ac, not sure on this, but its very very unpleasant."

My family (70-year-old mother, wife, three-year-old child, and I) traveled from Coimbatore. *Misrepresentation and False Promises* 1. Room mismatch: Actual room differed from WhatsApp photo. 2. Baby cot misrepresentation: Photo showed three-person capacity, but room suited only two. 3. No on-site restaurant, contrary to claims. *Poor Customer Service* 1. Rude staff refused to address concerns. 2. Unresponsive management: The hotel manager didn't answer calls. *Additional Issues* 1. No AC: Forced to pay ₹800 extra (total ₹7110). 2. No hot water: Staff showed indifference. Our nine-hour journey ended in disappointment. We felt exploited paying ₹7110 for subpar accommodations. Additionally, the bed sheets were old and not clean, detracting from the overall comfort. The most troubling issue was that I couldn’t sleep at all due to bed bugs. "I had check in directly at hotel without booking and while checkout i forgot my medicine at hotel. I had phone call with hotel reception they got my medicine and i just requested them to courier those medicine but they responded that they cant courier they are busy. i even requested that i will pay for courier charges but not ever proper conservation with phone. I had travelled back 520 Kilometers for those medicines and those medicines costs Rs.30,000/- it a ibrutinib 140 mg blood cancer medicines. Then i came to know humanity is no more existing and literally its.................. I hope the main management see this review and appoint proper humanity people for their reception. We really need to select good humanity people for job rather than good qualified people."

"The property is bit old, it must be last renovated before 10 years, anyhow at this price this kind of property is very rare at that specific location. The location is a prime spot which is 15 mins walk to railway station and bus stand. But usual fab hotels are very cozy and neat, this one was not what i expected. The coat and mattress was a very older one, the toilet was not cleaned properly, but they have kept to soaps for me atleats, the lock was not working properly. Room was spaceous, but we can hear noise from the next rooms. Please note but for this price we cannot find anyother property better than this i hope."

"Too much bad experience with this hotel. After the payment done at fab hotel app, customer care representative give the hotel number. I confirm with the hotel representative that mine booked room is available or not and they give confirmation that room is available. At time of check in they give the other room from which we booked. Because it's at night around 11:00 pm and we haven't any other option. At morning 7:00 AM hotel representative come and say that to you have to change room because other guests is coming and this room is booked for that. We are shoked. What are the going on. They treat guest like football. Also room is not much good. Tv is not in working condition. Bathroom door can't close properly. Cleaning of bathroom and fittings is also not proper. In the toiletries they have only soap. When i asked about shampoo and other things they say we only provide soap and towel. Not other things is available."
