I would likely to give a five star rating for this residency as everything was superb and good including hospitality ,rooms, service, etc except one thing that I lost during our stay, ie, the sleep. We stayed here for a day on the third floor but we were experiencing very loud and harsh noice from the nearby building for every 15 minutes and it was really annoying and harshful. Due to this noice, we were not able to properly sleep during our stay, the loud harsh noice seems to be from the operating of motor/ac, not sure on this, but its very very unpleasant.

Pls do look into the video attached. there was mushrooms grown in the rest room. Worst place to stay. Only the reception looked good. Room charge was too high for the room provided. Tv doesn't wrk Room was not clean and also a very compact small room at tat price. Not at all suggestable for stay. Room Service was gud. hope the hotel owner looks into the issues.

I recently stayed in the room and unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. The air conditioning was not functioning properly, which made the room uncomfortable. Additionally, the bed sheets were old and not clean, detracting from the overall comfort. The most troubling issue was that I couldn’t sleep at all due to bed bugs. I would not recommend this room, its very badd! and also i have shared some pictures, please go through that.

Very poor experience at hotel.. Dirty rooms, Lack of amenities like water, Toiletries, AC remotes etc.. Staff are not cooperative at all.. Paid extra amount for breakfast while it was part of package.. No restaurant facilities but while booking it was mentioned that hotel is having restaurant in which breakfast will be served.. Paid extra for breakfast.. Even water bottles are not supplied despite multiple request.. Staff was very rude and lying.. Feeling cheated.. Requesting management to return my money which I paid for breakfast..

Too much bad experience with this hotel. After the payment done at fab hotel app, customer care representative give the hotel number. I confirm with the hotel representative that mine booked room is available or not and they give confirmation that room is available. At time of check in they give the other room from which we booked. Because it's at night around 11:00 pm and we haven't any other option. At morning 7:00 AM hotel representative come and say that to you have to change room because other guests is coming and this room is booked for that. We are shoked. What are the going on. They treat guest like football. Also room is not much good. Tv is not in working condition. Bathroom door can't close properly. Cleaning of bathroom and fittings is also not proper. In the toiletries they have only soap. When i asked about shampoo and other things they say we only provide soap and towel. Not other things is available.
