We stayed here to attend marriage in family on 27th Nov 2023 and were impressed with Front desk team who go out of way to extend help. Well maintained rooms and nice spread for breakfast. We certainly would like to stay again during our next trip.

Very well maintained hotel and rooms. All the staff were very friendly and courteous. We arrived earlier than expected by a few hours and our room was prioritised in terms and we were able to check in early free of charge. This was very helpful and appreciated as we were quite tired after a long flight.

The room was clean. The surroundings and the hygiene was also good at the hotel. Staff was courteous and was quick to resolve any query. Location is perfect if anyone wants to visit Jaipur in its full pride. Perfect location, where everything is less than 10KM's away.

When we walked into the hotel we were immediately given a warm welcome which was particularly nice after travelling so far. Our room was very comfortable. The restaurant was superb and the staff could not do enough for us. Food was very good and the choice was amazing.

The only good thing about the place is the loaction and the fact that there is no other decent hotel in the vicinity. Booked 8 rooms for group coming from out of station. The rooms were full of mosquito and cockroaches. The ac didn't work in many rooms. The bedsheets were not clean and smelled odd. Water was coming in drips from the shower and the pipes were clogged. Since it was a night stay and We came late night We adjusted but would not recommend for family long term stay

Rooms are pretty small, toilets are not good, no car parking feels like not safe. Location is good but not suggested for families

Staff asked for more money. I booked this through the Fab hotel website but they asked ₹400 more at the time of check-in and since I've no choice at that time, I had to pay this extra money. Customer care didn't respond. Location and rooms are okay but other than that staffs and service were very bad.

Bad experience at check in time. We booked through fab hotel, and gave advance 366rs. Then we received confirmation message with 1220rs total amount to be only paid at reception. While reached reception, the staff was rude and asking more money than fabhotel official said to pay. We tried to call fabhotel staff to rise the complaint, but nobody was attending the call. Understood that this is a new scam started here in Bangalore by combined Fabhotel and the private hotels.

Had the worst experience here. We were 7 of us and had booked 4 rooms. The guy at the reception demanded us to pay 1300/ person extra. When we dint comply he gave us only 3 rooms and was also extremely rude. These folks are running a complete scam. Avoid this place at any cost.

Worst rooms ever. Bathroom is completely stained/dirty and commode with faecal residues. Bathroom walls have dirt and definitely they dont wash or maintain. Bedspreads are unchanged/unsterilized, they just reset them and provide it to next guest. No waterbottles. Non hygienic. One room is more worst than the other.
