"A great staying experience in a homely environment. We get a room in an apartment of two rooms with a common living room and kitchen. The entire apartment was clean and tid and it was cozy too. The location is good for Horamavu and nearby places . In 10 min you have an entire street of eateries. The management should take a note of keeping at least bottles of water inside the rooms . We had to always go to kitchen to get water in glasses. Overall a pleasant stay."

"Almost there was no room service. Even tea was seldom available under pretext of no milk, no cash etc etc. Room had no electric kettle. No mosquitoes repellants machines like Allout etc. No hand towel. No bed tea facility even on payment basis. Staff behaviour was apathetic. Only one staff named Raju was considerate and bears good behaviour. Good hotel at a very good location provided room service and tea snacks are made available on demand."

"This hotel is completely waste ,firstly the service boys doesn’t respond properly , nearby hotel you can’t find any shops (atleast for 1/2 km), wifi network doesn’t work properly (no connection),they mentioned 24hr hot water service but damn they don’t have such facilities. On top of this there is no carpets provided (atleast not even near bathrooms to wipe our wet legs)"

"We had a very good stay here for 2 days. The rooms were clean. And they have a good common living room and balcony. The only thing with the balcony is that the outer wall is a little too short. Would the management increases the height of that. Wifi was good as well."

"The services were very average, the rooms aren't very clean the bed sheet and blankets too were torned and had smoke holes on them. They didn't even provide basic handwash but expected to pay early to ensure the booking wasn't cancelled. Apart from a good location the felt below average."

"We booked two rooms through oyo, but when we reached we were asked to do payment directly to the hotel room's bank account. The address given in their site was wrong, we had so much difficulty in finding the hotel. We tried contacting the hotel many times, but we got no reply. After reaching the hotel, we couldn't find anybody in the reception for atleast 20 minutes. The attitude of the manager was so arrogant, which I can't even describe. The other staff members were also showed unprofessional behavior. The room lacked basic amenities like a phone, water bottle and a clean towel and the rooms were not maintained neat. We were given two rooms in two different floors, even though the adjacent room was vacant. This was the worst experience I ever had and I would suggest everyone to please don't book any rooms in this place unless it is your last option."

The address listed on the website was incorrect, causing us significant trouble in locating the hotel. We attempted to contact the hotel several times, but there was no response. When we finally arrived, the reception was unattended for at least 20 minutes. The manager's behavior was shockingly rude, and the rest of the staff were equally unprofessional. The room lacked basic essentials such as a phone, bottled water, and clean towels, and overall cleanliness was lacking. Despite an adjacent room being vacant, we were given rooms on different floors. This was by far the worst hotel experience we've ever had. I strongly advise avoiding this place unless you have no other choice."

"It was a very pleasant stay at Bougainvillea suites, I recently booked the entire property for a family function, and it was wonderfully accommodated by my friends and family. A special thanks to Mathew and his team for the excellent work. The rooms were spacious and clean, particularly on the 3rd floor. If you're traveling with three families, I highly recommend this floor— you'll enjoy a fantastic view and a spacious layout. The location is very peaceful, situated in a residential area. There are decent restaurants and shops nearby for quick catch-ups. A few suggestions: I noticed that some home appliances were ready for installation. It would be great if they could be fixed soon, as this would be helpful for guests. Additionally, a water dispenser (hot/cold) per flat would be a valuable addition, as water bottles tend to run out quickly with larger groups. Thank you once again, Mathew."

"A very bad experience. The bedsheets, pillow covers and blankets were dirty and had stains at multiple locations. This was common in 5-6 rooms which were vacant at that point of time. Also there was no hot water and the drain water pipe of wash basin was broken and all the waste water was spreading in the entire washroom."

Small gestures such as helping with calling a Doctor, or checking on needs of our children showed a genuine interest from the staff in being helpful. For example, the food had not been prepared as expected and the staff immediately replaced the item with an alternate without anything."
