Very efficient staff. Room service was prompt with good quality food. Bed was comfortable. Overall positive.
Can't say if I really felt anything bad. My experience was superb. Awesome food and very quick room service. Everything was too good. Staff was very supportive and cooperative.
Recently I have stayed here for a day for the amount I paid, its valued location is good rooms are okay bathrooms freshners need to be provided water stopped sometimes
Staff was good.. Room is spacious but not clean as expected. For me, A/c was not working, TV not working, No hot water and wifi..when asked they refused to rectify..and lateron when complained the staff assigned another room for me where TV wasnt working and AC just slighly cools. Need a proper maintenance for all the rooms
I was cheated of my hard earned money. I first booked 8 rooms without the breakfast option. A person by name Paras called me a few days before the check-in date and promised to give me rooms with breakfast at the same rates and asked me to cancel the booking. I relied on him and, cancelled the booking, and made a new booking only to discover that he had inflated the rates by Rs. 6000. On top of this, the hotel levied a service charge of around Rs. 4000 and deducted this amount from the booking amount. When a complaint was raised, they agreed to review the charge and refund the amount deducted which they did not. This was my first booking with Fabhotels. Considering the way I was conned, I will never book again and will advise all my friends and relatives to stay away from them.
The taps were not working, the lights in the room such as dressing table lights were not working. Towels were not available in the room. Wifi was not working properly.
They said the water bottle is chargeable and i paid for 1 ltr water bottle. No room service available. I went to reception to collect a water bottle and paid for it and also to collect a towel. Only 1 towel they gave for 2 people. There's no parking space available for our vehicle, so we parked in front of the gate.
Hotel Rooms are very small Compared to the price. Photos shown here is Fake. Disappointed. Never booking with FAB again. Scam.
Breakfast not given even though I paid the amount through Fab.
Bahi kay hi bakwas hai kuch bhi provide nhi karte kay hai e money esa nhi dete ki ese service mile to bekar hi ahai rhena
