Had booked room here for my stay recently. As female solo traveler felt safe and staff was very helpful overall. The restaurant food here also very reasonably price n good. Rooms were clean,overall good experience staying Thanks team for your hospitality. Kirti

Can't say if I really felt anything bad. My experience was superb. Awesome food and very quick room service. Everything was too good. Staff was very supportive and cooperative.

One of the standout aspects of my stay was the impeccable cleanliness of the hotel. The rooms were spotless, well-maintained, and had a cozy yet modern feel. The housekeeping team did a fantastic job of ensuring everything was tidy and comfortable, making the stay even more enjoyable.

I was cheated of my hard earned money. I first booked 8 rooms without the breakfast option. A person by name Paras called me a few days before the check-in date and promised to give me rooms with breakfast at the same rates and asked me to cancel the booking. I relied on him and, cancelled the booking, and made a new booking only to discover that he had inflated the rates by Rs. 6000. On top of this, the hotel levied a service charge of around Rs. 4000 and deducted this amount from the booking amount. When a complaint was raised, they agreed to review the charge and refund the amount deducted which they did not. This was my first booking with Fabhotels. Considering the way I was conned, I will never book again and will advise all my friends and relatives to stay away from them.

The taps were not working, the lights in the room such as dressing table lights were not working. Towels were not available in the room. Wifi was not working properly.

DON'T BOOK HERE I arrived at 4am in the morning after an international flight, I had notified them it would be an early morning check-in, after paying a deposit to reserve the room. Because I didn't turn up by midnight they gave my room away and didn't bother to tell me they had cancelled my booking. They finally admitted they had forgot I had informed them about my flight details. Their staff was useless, they kept trying to tell me the booking had been transferred to another branch (IT HAD NOT - they were just lying) I ended up having to call and book another hotel elsewhere at 5am.

Breakfast not given even though I paid the amount through Fab.

I booked this hotel seeing 9.0 rating. But, i did not even stay in that shady place even for a day coz the entire building is capsule size with dirty laundry lying on the corridor. I did not feel safe to stay with my wife. Please do not encourage false ratings.

This was the worst hotel I have seen. Seen because I did not checkin due to the bad and stinky rooms. There is seepage on all the walls. Lost my entire amount as the room was ore-booked. Please don’t fall for the photos, these are fake photos. The rooms are full of smoke smell, bed sheets are soiled and torn. I have my doubts that this place has been undertaking illicit activities. The receptionist and workers very arrogant. They completely denied any responsibility towards the guest. I sincerely hope that they change the way hotel rooms are. Fabhotels also denied any responsibility. It’s a shame that fabhotels is looting people by mis-guiding the travellers by showing fake photos of the rooms.

Upon check-in, I was assigned a room. However, upon entering the room, I noticed the following: Bathroom Hygiene: The bathroom lacked a tissue roll, which I had to request at the reception. Additionally, the bathroom was not properly cleaned and had a persistent bad smell. I called the reception, and while they did send someone to clean it, the unpleasant odor remained. Mosquitoes in the Room: Despite being in an air-conditioned room, there were numerous mosquitoes, which made the stay uncomfortable. When I requested a room change, I was informed that no alternative room was available. Steins in bedsheet: There were mosquito blood and steins in bedsheet. But they refused to replace the bedsheet. Bad service: When I had asked for the breakfast I ordered while booking the hotel, the receptionist was very rude. Staffs have very bad attitude. They have the attitude like we are staying there for free. I am disappointed by the quality of service and cleanliness provided, and the lack of a suitable resolution to the issues raised. It is easy to stay in a bus stand but never come here for the stay. Very expensive and very poor quality rooms and service. NEVER STAYING IN FABHOTEL AGAIN !!!
