Very good and excellent support staff

Good and clean room

No power backup. Daily house keeping not available they won't change mattresses. Won't come to clean room every day until asked several times. Unprofessional

Even though I have paid for the breakfast, they didn't provide any. The service staff was very rude. Not even common sense. They have wifi which never worked.

Horrible experience. The bathroom lock was not functional, no water in flush, overall cleanliness was poor, no staff to cater to, even though we had said we will check out in sometime (because of a genuine reason), they kept on knocking at the door and pressurizing us to chk out. Overall bad experience. Will not recommend to anyone.

The most pathetic experience for anyone. Do not book this hotel, they are going to harrass you. Unhygienic rooms and zero hospitality. They charged me extra for 1 day when I did not stay for that day and over that they also made me wait for an hour post my check-in time to assign the room. The lobby is on 1st floor they did not help me bring my luggage from the main road till the lobby I had to climb stairs with my luggage by myself. In my 1 weeks stay they kept on reversing the same bedsheet, they did not clean the room for 3 continuous days, they did not give me water bottles for 3 continuous days, worst hygiene ever. Because of an urgent work I had to extend my booking for 3 more days which was paid and confirmed via goibibo portal. They denied my extended check-in and forced me to checkout from the room in the last minute when I was heading to my office, despite of the fact that I already had a fully paid and confirmed booking with their hotel from goibibo for 3 extended days. They stated that they have ended tie-ups with online booking portals. The staff and the hotel owners are extremely unprofessional they do not have etiquette to deal with and talk to the customers. The hotel owner harassed me over the phone stating that he will throw my luggage out of the room and keep it in lobby if I dnt checkout inspite of me having a paid confirmed room booking. A perfect scam I must say. I am a frequent traveller but I must say this booking was the worst selection ever. Do not fall prey of this hotel. Try to refrain from booking this hotel.

I paid amount for room. As room is not available they gave me office room. I thought that was the room and stayed for one day and when I am leaving they said me it's office room still they need to do the work. If room is not ready or not prepared. Why the shit they need to give that worst room. I have attached the photos. Is the room u give for customer.

The worst experience ever ... The worst place ever one can stay.. miserable place miserable staff.. miserable room.. photos shown online are like 3-4 years old and the room is full of insects, cockroaches, bedbugs and what not.. just bad isn't sufficient to explain this.. advice to others never stay here.. one is charging more that 2400 and giving a dharamshala kind of service.. no infact worse than that.. beddings have bedbugs.... It's not a hotel it's a place to get infection..

Very bad experience. Breakfast was so bad that we had to skip it. There was no room service or anything . The AC and TV doesn't work properly. There was this weird sound coming from AC. They also charged us extra service charge.
