Wonderful location and night life around, similar to singapore or Melbourne. Hotel is highly strict on Outsider movements. Courteous staffs, excellent behavior, feel like home, very caring, varieties of food options in surrounding, very safe. I want to stay there again on my next visit.
I had good experience staying at Royal suits Rooms are neat.. early checkin with extra 500/-.. location is good surrounded by hotels for food also..
Food was delicious and portion really big. The owner was very kind, welcoming and helpfull. He helped us to reach hotel, find ATM.

Subject: Feedback Regarding Recent Stay at FabHotel GRK Comforts, Bangalore Dear Team, I recently stayed at FabHotel GRK Comforts, Jayanagar, with Booking ID: VF45UZ. Unfortunately, my experience was far below expectations. Here are the major issues I faced during my stay: 1. AC was not working, making it extremely uncomfortable. 2. Handwash was not provided in the bathroom. 3. TV was not functioning properly. 4. There were blood stains on the bedsheet and the blanket was full of dust, which was highly unhygienic and unacceptable. For your reference, I have attached photos highlighting these issues. This is the second time I have encountered such problems with the FabHotel franchise, which is deeply disappointing. Considering the 1562 I paid, the quality of service felt more comparable to budget options like OYO rooms at 500. Such experiences are eroding the reputation of FabHotels, much like OYO has suffered due to poor room service and substandard maintenance. I strongly urge you to address these issues seriously to retain your customers trust. Given my experience, I am now considering competitors like Goibibo, MakeMyTrip, or Booking.com for future bookings. Looking forward to your response and an assurance that corrective actions will be taken.
The room was not clean cockroaches were roaming in the room, bed sheet pillows were dirty. Toilets were also not very clean
There was no parking area.
