"What was good-Mini fridge in the room is useful What was bad- We planned a long stay at this place but after the first 2 days we cut short and booked another hotel. Ceiling fan and TV did not function. Stained towel and no basic amenities in the WC like toilet roll. We had to request everything and in return got snarky responses from the inexperienced staff. They do not have a restaurant and guests need to order breakfast each morning. First morning we waited 45mins and the second morning we did not get breakfast. We waited for 1hr 15mins after placing the order, no one bothered to update us nor did they answer our calls. They do not have noise cancelling windows and since the hotel is right on a busy main road/junction we could not get any sleep even after moving up to the 4th floor. There is a gym next door which plays terribly loud/annoying work-out music starting from 6:30am and can go on until 11pm. There is no private entrance to this hotel. Guests have to make their way through the basement parking. It gets tricky when the parking is full leaving little room to make way towards the elevator let alone carry luggage. Basically,there was no one taking care of the guests and for us it was money wasted. We contacted FabHotel customer care regarding our experience and they did not seem to care much. We do not recommend this hotel to anyone."

"Me and my wife stayed here for two days. I paid already 25% in advance while booking. Reception was nice. They charged Rs.100/- per person per day for breakfast which is too costly, since they purchase from nearby hotels only which is very cheaper if we go there directly. This is not at all problem. Due to certain emergency my wife was leaving little bit early at 8 pm. We booked through OLA, i was going with her to drop her in a taxi. Receptionist was coming along with us from lift to hotel entrance and saying that pay the bill and go. Further said that without payment I shouldn't leave hotel. I politely said that i am just dropping her to the taxi. But without hope and confidence on us, he got my phone as guarantee and left to the reception. Arragont fellow. I then paid and got the phone. Once i came to my room, he called me and asked when i will leave. I said 10 mts. Then i locked the room and handed over key in the reception. He said to wait for 2 mts and gone to my room for checking their belongings. I didn't find fault on him, this is routine process. But they should do before i leave the room. Otherwise room is spacious and comfortable. I won't come again. Mannerless people."

"What you pay, is what you get! This hotel is a tiny hole in the wall on a busy street in centre of Frazer town. It's a bustling old street with old Arab charm, people are laid back, speak multiple languages and love there food. The hotel lacks a proper entrance and has only a passage via the car garage which can be pretty difficult to find. The service is questionable, upon asking twice you might just get good service, other wise you will restore to self help. I had asked for through cleaning and after lots of ifs and buts they complied. The room is worth your dime, as in a happening and trendy street of frazer town 2000 rupees is a good steal. On an average if you want to save a dime this is an advisable place to stay."

"The male muslim guy at the reception kept calling to pick up the plates after breakfast it's really annoying did not put soap in the toilet when asked told me storage is locked did not bothered to give on morning also again toilet jetspray is dirty showers don't work toilet not clean upto the mark That guy even told me u only have problems I am the hotel owner u may not come if you have so many problems there is no arrangement of breakfast at the drawing Buffet system just like all fab hotels have I will never visit Fraser next time"
