"One of the worst hotel I have ever stayed. I was searching for a parking in the midnight with no help from the hotel. Staffs where arrogant and non cooperative. Room where not clean and surprisingly the shower was not working. No channels available in TV. One of the worst ever breakfats l I had ever. Guys stay away from this hotel."

"The only good thing about this Hotel is the location. Everything else sucks. 1. Hotel phone number is an automated voice, which does not connect. We reached Bangalore in the early morning hours, and unsure whom to reach out to 2. The Hotel entrance, and the lobby/reception are unclear. We were struggling to figure out how we could reach the reception, as the main gate appeared closed. We had almost booked another Hotel and a cab, but later figured out the gate on our own 3. The bed, and mattress on it, was a massive let down. We had not even a day of good sleep. If anyone has a doubt, that the Hotel used Spring Mattresses, their doubts will be cleared with this Hotels, extra bouncy, extremely tactile, Springs that are underneath a Silky-thin cloth, mattress. The mattress was a nightmare would be an misstatement, since we could hardly get any sleep to dream. 4. And eventually when through with all these issues, when we finally tried our best, to make ourselves comfortable, and go to sleep, the Hotel staff (young boys), knocked real hard- TWICE, even after ignoring them the first time, and asked us if we needed something. Shi**y Hotel, and not even worth half of half what we paid."

"Me and my wife stayed here for two days. I paid already 25% in advance while booking. Reception was nice. They charged Rs.100/- per person per day for breakfast which is too costly, since they purchase from nearby hotels only which is very cheaper if we go there directly. This is not at all problem. Due to certain emergency my wife was leaving little bit early at 8 pm. We booked through OLA, i was going with her to drop her in a taxi. Receptionist was coming along with us from lift to hotel entrance and saying that pay the bill and go. Further said that without payment I shouldn't leave hotel. I politely said that i am just dropping her to the taxi. But without hope and confidence on us, he got my phone as guarantee and left to the reception. Arragont fellow. I then paid and got the phone. Once i came to my room, he called me and asked when i will leave. I said 10 mts. Then i locked the room and handed over key in the reception. He said to wait for 2 mts and gone to my room for checking their belongings. I didn't find fault on him, this is routine process. But they should do before i leave the room. Otherwise room is spacious and comfortable. I won't come again. Mannerless people."

"What you pay, is what you get! This hotel is a tiny hole in the wall on a busy street in centre of Frazer town. It's a bustling old street with old Arab charm, people are laid back, speak multiple languages and love there food. The hotel lacks a proper entrance and has only a passage via the car garage which can be pretty difficult to find. The service is questionable, upon asking twice you might just get good service, other wise you will restore to self help. I had asked for through cleaning and after lots of ifs and buts they complied. The room is worth your dime, as in a happening and trendy street of frazer town 2000 rupees is a good steal. On an average if you want to save a dime this is an advisable place to stay."

"The male muslim guy at the reception kept calling to pick up the plates after breakfast it's really annoying did not put soap in the toilet when asked told me storage is locked did not bothered to give on morning also again toilet jetspray is dirty showers don't work toilet not clean upto the mark That guy even told me u only have problems I am the hotel owner u may not come if you have so many problems there is no arrangement of breakfast at the drawing Buffet system just like all fab hotels have I will never visit Fraser next time"

"We had a fantastic stay at Frazer Suites hotel with a limited budget. It was a family trip and the rooms and the sitting area is perfect for the families. Housekeeping day to day service was good The rooms were okay as we were staying in the Deluxe category but they had another category as well which is Executive bigger rooms with very attractive furniture. Highly recommended for families. One thing which we really like is that they don't allow Unmarried Couples and Liquor is also not allowed."
