2 AverageWorst service one can expect from a reputed brand like fabhotel.employees are too much unprofessional that everytime i had to ask for room cleaning which they are not atall bothered for if not asked.breakfast was included in my package.every time i had to ask for the morning tea which always came after 9 am even if i ordered it at 7.30am. any service whatever it is and whenever it is - took them to respond atleast an hour. and communication is not at all clear from any of the employees. ac of the room was too noisy & no response for that. one tv has been kept in the room,but nothing you can see as there is neither a cable connection nor a wi-fi connection,only youtube you can see overall the amount i hav paid was only for the location. otherwise the stay was disgusting.Sayantani Khan, 2 May
