Almost there was no room service. even tea was seldom available under pretext of no milk, no cash etc etc. room had no electric kettle. no mosquitoes repellants machines like allout etc. no hand towel. no bed tea facility even on payment basis. staff behaviour was apathetic. only one staff named raju was considerate and bears good behaviour. good hotel at a very good location provided room service and tea snacks are made available on demand.

I had high hopes for my stay, but the hospitality was shockingly poor. the staff's rudeness overshadowed any positive aspects of the hotel. instead of feeling welcomed, i felt like a burden. i would not recommend this place to anyone looking for a pleasant experience
