The rooms amazingly spacious! The billing was super fast, the check in process also.

The hotel was at a very convenient location near meeting places and dining and shopping. There are some good high end retail stores in walking distance from the hotel. On the whole it the right place to be in for sightseeing and other activities.

The room was worth the money, however had some technical issues with the AC part, rest everything was value for money. Great location, good staff and overall it's a must stay option for all whose looking for a budget friendly stay with loads and loads of restaurants and many more

The rooms are clean. But need to change beds as the foam or coir is gone. And there is this ciggare smoke smell. Remaining all are good..

The bed sheets were very dirty... Bad smell is coming all over the room and bathroom... After request only everything they are providing..

This is the worst stay i have ever had.. There is no water in the bathroom until after 2 hrs of check-in, and the management gave irresponsible answers

Asked the staffs to change the bedsheets and they told they dont have any new sheets left and made up silly reasons not to do it. In my opinion dont ever visit fabhotel the btm palace. They even charged me additional money for washing the sheets.
