"Terrible Experience - Avoid This Hotel! I had one of the worst hotel stays of my life here. The room was a complete nightmare. First, there were bugs crawling around, which is absolutely disgusting. The room itself looked like it hadn't been cleaned in ages—stains all over the bed, the bathroom was filthy, and the whole place had a foul odor. To make matters worse, the roof was damaged with visible cracks, and the curtains were stained beyond belief. As if that wasn't bad enough, I noticed spit marks on the walls and even found bubble gum. It was clear that cleanliness was not a priority at this place. Overall, it felt more like staying in a run-down shack than a hotel. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Stay far away!"

"Location is good. I stayed for 2 days, but the room cleaning is not done every day. Room is average. In the Toilet showar is not working properly, wash basin is jammed. I am asking for toiletries & water, then they provide me (These things must be available before check in). Room service boys are good."

"Located off the Cubbon road & close the Bowring hospital. Commercial Street & MG Road are hardly 1.5kms away, on either side. The room was spacious but the maintenance was very very poor. The window hinges were broken & couldnt be closed. The roof & walls had mold formation which is a health & hygiene risk. Room service was poor. The room allotted to my family smelled of cigarette smoke. The alternate rooms offered to me were in worse condition. My requests for air freshner spray were not entertained. No toiletries kit provided. No tea/coffee sachets or electric kettle in the room. Room TV didn’t work. The quilt on the bed had stains. Overall wouldn’t recommend this place for a family. The only reasons I chose this hotel for my stay is because I had to attend a function at the Taj MG Road & wanted to stay close by. Also because the shopping areas (Commerical street & Brigade Road were close by)."

"Wonderful Stay. I stayed there for 3 days with my family and I felt it is awesome. Room quality and cleanness is good. The property has wonderful staffs with polite attitude. They treat the guest well and take care of them. I property owner is a wonderful person. I will definitely recommend everyone. Hot water available all the time. Downstairs veg resturants are avilable."

"Well it’s not at all a premium property (it might’ve been on those days) location is great, don’t expect usual customer care facilities like smile,quick response to your requests, toiletries etc. even though if you are that kind of guy with minimum requirements. Then go for it. Rooms were big enough and porsh look with less detailed cleaning.ac works fine ,we stayed 2 days and taken 3 rooms .overall pleasant"

"Hotel is at great location and has nice rooms but staff service is very very poor.... upon my checkin I asked for a towel and toilet roll which took around 2 hours to get after chasing them 3 times.... also they play Islam prayers on speaker at the hotel reception, never seen that before in any hotel.... Not against it but I do not think one should play it on speakers at the reception. Also they shoulf ensure that they give the wifi login when customer does checkin...."

"Very bad hotel with RUDE staff, especially the receptionist. We had to change atleast 3 rooms as all the rooms were in very bad conditions. The staff was not at all helpful. I had to call customer support of FAB hotel in order to get a proper room. Why do customers have to go to such trouble when we pay a proper price. Am very disgusted with the experience at Bangalore. I don't think i would be opting for FAB hotels in future."
