"I recently booked this place for 3 of my guests at what can only be described as a fake hotel, and I was thoroughly disappointed. From the moment we arrived, I encountered rude staff who seemed more interested in collecting extra cash than providing any semblance of hospitality. Despite having a reservation, they tried to charge us additional fees that were never mentioned during the booking process. When I questioned these charges, the staff became defensive and unhelpful. It was clear that customer service was not a priority for them. The room itself was subpar—dirty and poorly maintained. It felt more like a scam than a legitimate hotel experience. I would strongly advise anyone considering this place to look elsewhere. Save your money and avoid the hassle! I booked this hotel from make my trip even they couldn’t able to help."

"Pathetic experience. Very old hotel and not maintaining well. Rooms are not clean and hygienic. Broken doors, dusty smell. Reception side 2 boys gave room in terrace at first and after an argument they gave room in second floor which is also below average with conditions i mentioned above. Fabhotels should not include this hotel in their group. I moved to another hotel in morning."

"Rooms were ok but the staffs outthere were very rude and trickesters. Taking extra money by claiming stupid reasons. Will never choose the hotel again and wont recommend others either. Had the worst experience ever. Took one day full charge from us instead of extra hour payment for an extra one hour which we had informed ealier."

"Toiletries were not given initially. When we asked for it they gave 2 soap and 1 shampoo. They said they dont have toothpaste toothbrush etc. They said breakfast is not included in the booking were it clearly shows in booking.com its included. We went outside and had breakfast and then they called and said breakfast was included and will give after 8.30 am. Overall bad experience."

"Stayed in this hotel from Mid March to first week of April'17. Price is reasonable. It is very clean and tidy. BUT LOTS AND LOTS OF MOSQUITOES!!! Noticed lots of arguments fights on the B/F table as they were not allowed to serve more than one portion e.g. if one idli is served, you cannot ask for more, then it would be charged. If anyone wants milk they would say will charge 35 INR extra for milk. (People who do not drink tea or coffee) other thing I noticed that there was lots of demand for cornflakes for b/f which they didn't had. Yes, was disturbed by my sleep @ the middle of night till early morning because the next room customer kept banging doors and fighting and crying upon complaining to the reception it was stopped for a while but then started again. Here what I want to point out is that you have a restrictions for basic things like not to eat food in the room or have drinks in the room, why can't you instruct the customer while checking in not to make noise specially late in the night?? When they came to clean the room, after the mop the room was stinking like hell... when asked, can't you change the mop? the answer was like: we asked for it but management is not providing... You are not supposed to have food in the room nor have drinks in the room. Why do people go and stay in the room? to look at the bed, curtains?? Cable was not working after several reminder they recharged it. Hot water was a main concern for me , no hot water at all in some of the rooms. BDW Mosquito problems are in the passage the moment you open the room door it comes in. Staffs are wonderful kind and polite, juggling between customer and management!! they were lost, they didn't know what to do? I thought they were very very helpless!!! I will end this comment with a nice note: Nagma Rahul Chintu Kawsar Pradeep Sanam & Hussain Prakash all these staffs were very kind and polite and helpful! They are the real ASSET to your organisation. Overall had a pleasant stay as I am not a big eater but yes was bit upset with mosquitoes and cold water.."

"We stayed here last week.The exact date is 22nd April 2017 I booked the Fabhotel Corporate Crown Koramangala by calling the fabhotel customercare.At that time i clearly mentioned that we are 4 adults and 2 kids of 5 year each.They send me the payment link of half amount of total tarrif as advance.At the same time i made the payment through my debit card.The checkin time mentioned by the customercare executive is 11am with complementory breakfast.We reached the hotel by 10.am and waited half an hour. By 10.30 they give us room. One room is soo small like a store room.Another one is a normal room,but having two split beds.They told that afternoon they will give one bigroom by chaging the small the room.At afternoon they told that they were no checkouts today so they will change the room by tommorow morning.At that time i asked for two extra beds for each rooms.They agreed that they will provide extra bed at night.But at night when i asked for exttra bed,they told that they have no extra beds please corporate with them.(corporate crown name says it all).Next day morning at the time of breakfast,they told that they provide only 4 masala dosas, that means they ill not provide food for kids.We shared the 4 masala dosas and 4 egg omelettes they served .After this incident iam not at all comfortable to stay there anymore. so i go to receiption and told that we are checking out.At that time they are complelling me to pay the amount for the next day too. The staff are very rude behaving expect one room boy called sanam.After that they give me a bill of Rs 70 for having two extra egg omelettes which we dont have.Anyway i pay Rs 70 for that we dont ate.Please dont go to this hotel for even an hour stay."

"I recently stayed at FabExpress Amazing Inn in Bangalore for a day, and it was an incredibly disappointing experience. Here are the key issues I encountered: Unsanitary Washrooms: The washroom was unclean and had a persistent stinky smell, making it very unpleasant to use. Non-Functional A.C.: The air conditioning did not cool the room at all, making the stay even more uncomfortable in the Bangalore heat. Non-Working Wi-Fi: Despite being advertised, the Wi-Fi did not work, leaving us without internet access during our stay. Unresponsive Staff: When we tried to communicate our problems, no staff members were available. This lack of responsiveness added to our frustration. Issues During Checkout: When we wanted to check out, no one was present at the reception. After waiting for a long time, we were eventually blamed for checking out late and were overcharged with a late checkout fee. The staff was very rude, which caused a lot of inconvenience. Overall, my stay was extremely unsatisfactory, and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. (The images of rooms in google are contrary to what they offer to guests) The cleanliness issues, non-functional amenities, and poor customer service made for a very unpleasant experience."

"Lots and lots of restrictions. e.g. no food allowed in the room no drinks allowed in the room etc. Sleeps were disturbed middle of the night to early morning my kid was very scared as next room customer kept on fighting and banging door no action was taken . Cable was disconnected after several reminder they recharged. hot water not coming. Lots and Lots of Mosquitoes on the passage so the moment you open the door they come in to the room. about hygiene please change the mops for GOD SAKE it stinks like hell. upon asking they said that we are asked to manage with this! so what happens is after they clean the room and if you are in the room you can not breath it stinks like hell.. then I had to spray the room, that is the reason i rated hygiene so low. About staff courtesy I would say they are the real asset to your company!! So polite so kind so helpful!! BUT meantime they are juggling between, Hotel Management and customers as there is lots of restriction & yes B/F you cannot have more than one portion and when it comes to Milk (specially when you have a kid) they do not provide I mean its not the part of B?F you guys charge for it which is mind boggling . My suggestions: Pls take out B?F restriction . I forgot to mention they literally come and wake you up and bring the B/F to the room whereas on the other side they say no food allowed in the room (this happened first week of April onward) Please change the Mop. Last but not the least do something about the mosquitoes on the passage."

"I stayed at FabHotel Corporate Crown as a corporate purpose from my company, from 7th Aug to 18th Aug 2018. Initially it was booked till 11th Aug, but I needed to extend my stay. Initially I was given 4th floor suite room, but that room wasn't worth it. Bathroom and wash basin, both use to get clogged up very badly, even if I use it only for half a minute. That was disgusting. And I don't understand, in bathroom, why big portion of wall at the top was removed and a transparent glass was placed instead? That can make anybody to peep in to other room, and that other room was bathroom of another room! I was surprised! I no need to mention why. Also, there was only one electric socket nearby bed, and overall only 2 in room. And I don't understand, why no hotel staff was instructed to not to walk into the room with their shoes on. They even walk with shoes on in bathroom also. That makes dirty floor. Even though I know, those guys can make it clean, but at first cause it's not suggested to walk in with shoes on. Wifi wasn't working properly. When asked the reception, he replied some work is going on. Just by wannabe posh exterior looks doesn't makes the hotel good. And I think, every bed and pillow cover must change at time of new check in. I realized it wasn't."

"I have stayed in this hotel for 3 nights. I have had a disgusting experience in many things. First of all, Initially I had done booking for 2 nights, and extended for 1 nights. During booking I had to contact Fabhotel Customer support for 5 times just confirmation of the booking. Coz they have deducted money from the account but did not gave me booking details. Do not get exited by the photos they have posted on website. They have only 2-3 rooms like that. All other rooms are so tiny that after placing the bed there is no space to keep the luggage. Room service is so bad that for just a cup of tea we had to waited for almost an hour every time and the tea also they served was cold all the time. Wifi sometimes work and sometimes doesn't work. There is no restaurant in the hotel. The only good thing is the location. But that only there are so many good hotels in this area one can easily find another good hotel in the same price. In three days the hotel did not even cleaned the room once. There is no toiletries. They just gave one Towel for 2 persons and the hotel management did not bother about changing the towel on daily basis. The floor of the room was full of dusts. Overall my suggestion is do not try this hotel unless someone have no other options."

"This is a great place to stay at Koramangala, as I think forum is approximately 250 ~300 mtrs away. I thank my stars that after going through all reviews form multiple portals, I finally choose this hotel over others in the similar price range. We have received warm welcome form very helpful staffs at front desk. Our booking for Superior King room got upgraded to a Deluxe room without any extra costs and we were really happy about it. There is an excellent spread of available, We appreciate their customer focus and services. If anyone wants to rent Bikes/Scooty, etc then they can be rented just nearby to the hotel. If anyone wishes to have dinner outside, it's in walking distance towards Jyoti nivas rd and then towards Forum mall Surely, we are quite happy as we had a memorable and comfortable stay at this place.A It would have been excellent if there could have been some Street Lights put up in the approach street towards this wonderful hotel as well . The other part of the street has lights so no issues there. This is the only point of improvement we could think of as it will help to commute outside at night."

"I stayed this place on 1 jun 24, I booked it mainly because of the location. The receptionist was very friendly and I thought room would also be good but I had a really bad experience. I was provided non-ac room which are also okey for me considering the weather but room was in a terrible condition. Morning the water heater is malfunctioning and I was provided to bath in next room, which was vacated by some customer recently and all the left over are uncleaned. I had no other option other than to use that bathroom. I just wanted to vacate from that place. I hope this helps someone."

"Please check other hotels if you plan to book because it is not applicable for the families. Solo traveler can consider but if you are not worried about the cleanliness. It is an old property old beds , old bedsheet and old bathroom. It seems to be like a lodge not like a hotel. I am writing this review after staying with them for four times. Every time it is same. They will not recharge tv and every-time they will have an issues. Only benefits is in this hotel is you are in prime location with malls and hostels near. Please check twice while booking and the rooms in the photos is only their chairman rooms and other rooms are not like that. It is just a sample room but none of the rooms are neat and decent. Please check twice before you book thanks Worst experience. I give this review because they never listen to feedback for three times."

"Negatives: 1. Booked the room for 3 people on the hotels.com website, and an extra bed was confirmed by the receptionist at check-in in the afternoon. However, the night receptionist would not allow an extra bed (i.e., mattress on the floor) without paying extra cash. 2. Both booked rooms had blankets, bedsheets, towels with obvious stains, that we requested be changed. 3. Requested late checkout, but would only accept cash, and not card, giving the reason that the card would be charged to the hotel company and not the hotel owner. The rate charged was 50% of a day's rent (and 20% according to another). 4. Building work and stray dogs mar the front entrance. 5. After checkout, hotel agreed to keep the luggage in the cloakroom. The luggage was left in the public waiting area. Positives: 1. Rooms had air-conditioning. 2. Location was close to shops and amenities. Summary: First stay at the hotel prompted by previous reviews and photos. However, will not book again in this company for above reasons."

"On my official trip I visited Bangalore. I went there along with my colleague in the month of July 2017. I reached the hotel by cab. I did not find about any travel desk in the hotel. The best way to reach is by bus or cab. The location of the hotel was well maintained. Everything was nearby. Market and sightseeing places are nearby. It is useful for travelers. The appearance of the hotel was beautiful. The hotel ambiance was excellent. It was clean and well maintained. The Front office staff was responding well. No issues with it. They checked in early for us. They had a tablet and they did it quickly. The service of the hotel was fine. We did not use much of service. The room was well maintained. It was spacious. We booked a normal 2bed room. The cupboards were spacious as we had too many luggage. We had food outside the hotel. They do not have a kitchen. They brought food from outside hotel. There were no other activities. I will suggest the hotelier to include cab service."

"I stayed in the hotel for 7 nights and it was one of the most pleasant experiences. Very neat and clean rooms, Very courteous staff, Specially the Manager Mr Ayush and helper boy Amit . They have good speed WIFI available. Tv and a good table space for studying/work etc. Location wise , this is the perfect spot. Near the hotel its very peaceful and the city hustle bustle is only 5 mins walking distance. Since, the hotel is new there is always scope of improvement in terms of amenities and food option inside the hotel. But food is not really a problem, since there are various cuisine options available at walking distance . There are grocery store, stationary, cafes, restaurants , pubs and other shopping also very close by. The mall is also about 5 to 10 mins away in the rick. Few quaint temples also surrounding the location. Nonetheless the staff goes out of their way to arrange your request. Overall feels safe and comfortable even for solo female travelers."

"We visited Bangalore in the month of July 2017 on an official trip along with my parents. I booked the deluxe double bed room through online. The destination was wonderful. It was situated in front of the main road. The location was convenient and easy to reach. We reached the location by hired a cab. The appearance of the hotel was marvelous. The front office was small and compact. The front office was cooperative and excellent. They were very polite and helpful people. They did check-in and check-out on time. The staff helped us in arranging the cab. The room was kept clean tidy and hygienic. The room was spacious and they provide all the amenities. I preferred room service for break fast. The food was delicious and the taste was up to the mark. They provide lift facility. Overall service was Excellent and they keen to serve every time. I recommend this hotel to my friends and colleagues."

"Rooms and Bathrooms are not maintained well. Please don’t go with the photos in their site. It was look when they build this place. I have changed 3 rooms in my two days of stay. Lot of mosquitoes in the room and you can’t sleep peacefully in this rooms. Also every corner of the hotels you can find naphthalene balls and its smell is spread everywhere . TV service was disconnected due to the recharge was not done. I have informed them twice and they told someone will come and take care or it. But no one turned up. Complimentary breakfast I got it only once, second day no service was received."

"Very Bad Experience with FabHotel. I was not provided with breakfast even after paying for it for a day in my two day visit! One among the staff was rude I don't know his name. A used room was given to me which was not clean! I had asked to clean my room on 3-April-2019 morning before I left for meeting and when I came back it was not clean! I was told 500 Rs. extra on pone for early check-in but when I went there he started asking 1000 for early check-in which was really bad of him! Moreover, I would like to give suggestion to higher administration of FabHotel to Charge 24-hr from check-in time(as most of the hotels on Make my trip do these days) instead of keeping standard check-in time which is inconvenient to many! VERY VERY SAD AND UN-HEALTHY EXPERIENCE FROM FABHOTELS!"

"Value for money: Suitable for twin-sharing. Rate is good if you book the hotel very much in advance. Service quality: Friendly and helpful staff. Amenities : Very fast WiFi. Would appreciate it if hair dryer is available. Location: Location is good. Very near to main road. Restaurants, grocery shops available at a stone's throw away. Food and drinks: A complementary bottle of mineral water available in the room. We ordered our free breakfast a little late so we were served only aloo paratha. Cleanliness: Yes, absolutely. The room is clean and tidy. Note: My friend and I found mosquitoes flying around in our room. That too an AC room. I wonder how the mosquitoes get in. This review is based on my own observations and experience, and based on the room given to us."

A 20' television with Tata Sky and all major channels subscribed. My room had 2 Split beds and one single sofa. Sufficient for one person but will get congested in twin sharing. Elevators are available and you can skip the reception lobby all together once checked-in and go straight to your room. What I found lacking is the quality of breakfast served which was very low on variety. I checked in at 12:30 pm but had to wait for 15 minutes as the room was not ready. Also the enclosed restroom is without proper ventilation."

"The staff/manager and service was very below par. The room booking was done for a very elderly person of my family who is strict vegetarian and also diabetic. First day requested for tea without sugar to the staff/manager but that was denied. Also breakfast provided was egg omelette which cannot be consumed by vegetarian. They directly got the breakfast in the room without bothering to check with guest. The staff/manager was not willing to listen and not helpful. The guest was so put off by the whole episode that he refused to have any breakfast for the next two days also although it was part of the package but instead had it outside. Please sensitize your staff to some of these issues."

"First i I checked in corporate crown the room was not clean and bad smell in wash room's. later i spoke to custome support and changed the hotel to crown heights. but when i enter the crown heights the reception was very rood! he dont know local language and he doesn't knw english too, he not even given respect to me. i disappointed and again i spoke to customer support later the person apologizes for that, then today morning i was checked in reception to get the complementary breakfast, no body was there and i disappointed very much i kept the room card in the reception and i left. this is first time i am staying n fab hotels very worst experience."

Although we asked for supplies, they took forever to atleast acknowledge our necessity. The service was nowhere near the demanded room price."

"It is a cheap hotel and I should say I spent only below 1500 for one night. But despite the ease to reach I couldn't find anything to justify the price. There is nothing in the room not even a chair. They won't provide you any drinking water. They don't have a restaurant still providing complimentary breakfast, it is horrible. If you order they will get you food from some outside restaurant, I ordered some non vegetarian dinner and I really regret I did that. What is the thing I find positive is the clean room and toilet. Even for a one night and even without family I won't recommend this hotel to anyone."

"I had booked a delux room of this hotel from goibibo for 3 persons (me n my parents) bt when I reached they offered me a standard room with 2 single beds n said they will provide 1 extra bed or mattress.On adding 1 extra bed or mattress thr wont be any place left to walk so I complained to the receptionist bt he didnt listen to me replied me that we dont have any rooms left it will take even or one day then I called the goibibo customer executive n they immediately took action ! My room was changed within 10 min..I was happy. Thr is no restaurant of the hotel. Location was bad."

"Very good experience in this budget hotel with excellent value for money with respect to short stay. The staff were polite and helpful. The room was small but clean with necessary furniture. Bed was very clean and comfortable. Bathrooms and toilets were clean and all faucets, geysers and showers working fine. They do not have own restaurant so food is brought from nearby restaurants. Breakfast was simple with limited choice but good. Nearby food outlets and pubs were many with variety of choices as per own taste. So no problem for dining out. Shopping area is also close by."

"Clean hotel rooms with nice amenities. Rooms seem to be newly constructed/renovated. A bit congested though. Small rooms. Very small lobby/reception area and service lagging in many respects. The toaster in the breakfast area was broken and one had to hold the toaster knob while the bread was being toasted. The staff is not present during breakfast time and they come and go intermittently. I had to ask for 4 times for a hand towel to be replaced and was done in the evening(my first request was in early morning). Avoidable hotel mainly due to service deficiencies."
