The room was always absolutely clean, and the housekeeping staff was always smiling and always kind when coming to my room. Staff at the reception was kind and really helpful. They were able to solve all our problems, from ordering a pizza until booking airplane tickets. The hotel also offer a good service in its travel desk.

Very well maintained hotel and rooms. All the staff were very friendly and courteous. We arrived earlier than expected by a few hours and our room was prioritised in terms and we were able to check in early free of charge. This was very helpful and appreciated as we were quite tired after a long flight.

I visited the hotel with my friends and It was really a very good and memorable experience. The staffs were well-mannered and welcomed us whole-hearted. And I must point out that the place is actually very cost-friendly and is definitely worth considering as a 'Value for Money.'

Being a hotelier by profession, I know the hotel operations in detail. I am glad that I chose this property. The facilities were great and service was great too.

The services were very average, the rooms aren't very clean the bed sheet and blankets too were torned and had smoke holes on them. They didn't even provide basic handwash but expected to pay early to ensure the booking wasn't cancelled. Apart from a good location the felt below average.

Firstly we have to change hotel room due to water issues. Secondly the new room was spacious enough, but other services was very bad. I had book this room for 2 elders and 1 13 years child.Still food was provided very little. I felt like because it was complimentary we had no respect. The breakfast was given at 10 o clock. Both the days Ac wasnt workong. I have decided to uninstal Fab app and wont go thru it again for any booking

No response from staff any request, what ever i ask wil come to your room, but no response I keep walking from room to reception doesnt worth money , wifi not working spoiled my work routine poor service

Stained Sofas, bedding was lying on the floor better understand how they treat guests no cleanliness at all and the guy at the reception was more keen to make money and always tried to extort one way or the other. A BIG NO TO THIS HOTEL

Horrible, horrible horrible, such a bad place ..poor quality room no soap in washroom, mattress r poor , endless list of poor quality stuff . Please look for better place if u don't want to waste your money ..
