I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The rooms were spotless, spacious, and very comfortable. The staff was incredibly friendly and always ready to help with a smile. The location is perfect—close to major attractions and easy to access transportation. The breakfast buffet had a great variety and everything tasted fresh. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!
One of the best budget stays that I have come across around BTM layout. Very close to the main road which makes it and other places very accessible. All the staff members are extremely polite and professional. Special mention for Mr. Tapan who was my go-to person for anything that I required during my 10-day stay. He always made me feel that I have a homely atmosphere around. Room service and housekeeping was very prompt and the property was maintained neat and clean at all times of the day. Keep up the good work!
Excellent hospitality and outstanding service! From check-in to check-out, everything was smooth and well-managed. The ambience of the hotel is calm and relaxing. Housekeeping maintained high cleanliness standards. The amenities provided were worth the price. I would definitely choose this hotel again for my next visit.
The hotel offers excellent hospitality and a peaceful atmosphere. The room was well-maintained with all necessary amenities. Housekeeping did a great job every day. The staff members were friendly and professional. I really enjoyed the delicious food and prompt room service. I would definitely visit again.
Absolutely loved my stay! The interiors were elegant, the rooms were spotless, and the service was top-class. The staff paid attention to every small detail. It truly felt like a premium experience from check-in to check-out.
Specificaly about room 401 ,The bed was not that good , and furniture was also cracked and loose fitting , bathroom sanitary was not good , shower tap and taps are of poor condition
They are not provided not even Basic dental kit, very bad for 500ml water bottle charging 30 Rupees
We had asked to check why the AC was not working and has reminded the staff 2 times throughout the day. Later we asked them the third time then the staff responded "If you don't like the room then why are you staying here". After a short quarrel they fixed the AC.
Really disappointed with the hotel room. Doesn’t fulfill the 3 star requirement.the curtains were dirty.the sofas were not cleaned for ages.washroom were pathetic and dirty.all the doors locks were broken.had a terrible stay.would not recommend to anyone
I stayed at Fabhotel Crown Heights and while this was my 3rd stay there the hotel stand and services have dropped drastically. 1. You will not find staff at reception most times 2. They look shabby 3. Don't have any training on behaving with the customers - even an uneducated roadside dhaba service person is 10x better. Don't go to this Hotel to waste your hard earned money and get feeling as if you are staying in a low class lodge.
