Good hospitality and house keeping and behavior of management staff

Service of the staff was just exceptional - from the manager to the restaurant staff to the reception, everyone went out of their way to be helpful and attentive. Small gestures such as helping with calling a Doctor, or checking on needs of our children showed a genuine interest from the staff in being helpful. For example, the food had not been prepared as expected and the staff immediately replaced the item with an alternate without anything.

We hosted a birthday party here. The non AC hall was spacious and could accommodate up to 80 people. Valet parking was available and 1 of the hotel staff was there throughout the event to cater to all hall related needs. We even took a room for one of the guests. It was clean and well maintained. Overall, it was a great experience.

Really good hotel, I look forward to staying here . The staff are the best feature, genuinely helpful and kind. It is always a good sign to see the same staff members when you return to a hotel. Rooms are spacious and good value for money.

We had a family event i.e birthday party in the banquet hall on the top floor. Absolutely stunning hall, decorated beautifully, top notch service and support. All that we asked for was delivered perfectly. All our guests were very happy with the venue and their location. We are happy to recommend them to all our guests.

Excellent service provided by the hotel staff. Especially the staff from 24/7 where we had our lunch & dinner we had excellent food with an excellent service. Me and family really liked the hotel, the rooms were well maintained with comfy beds. Will recommend my friends to stay here if they are visiting Jaipur.

I like the room and the staff is very polite and helpful specially when you are firstcomer and later also.i dont feel i am away from home when i am actually away from home. In my view this is the best room i ever stayed for the price paid . 10 out of 10 from my side.

Place is comfortable and good location, hotel is beautiful with great staff, everybody will make your stay comfortable and feel like home, you don't have to wait for anything, everything is there.. I loved it, if get time, will definitely stay as long as I can. ))

I booked this place on makemytrip and had one of the most horrible experiences. I had booked two rooms for four people. Firstly the hotel manager told me that there was no booking yet and called the fab hotel hotline. Once that call happened, my booking appeared but surprisingly on their end it was showing only one room. The fabhotel hotline person told me that I had booked only one room and I had to pay to get another room. This is an absolute joke as I had paid for two rooms. Then I had to call the makemytrip customer care and get the issue sorted. This whole process took one hour. Rooms were decent and the hotel manager was also good. I don't understand the reason why the contact of the hotel is not provided with the booking. This is highly inconvenient as there is no way to confirm the booking. Lesson learnt :Will never book a fabhotel again.

The building is under construction. At the time of booking I enquired about the construction status. I was informed that the construction was complete.. But when my guests arrived at the hotel, they found the building under construction,. The rooms were dungy, smelly and scary... I had to shift my guests to another hotel. I feel ashamed to have booked such hotel for my office guests.
