Amazing breakfast, great friendly staff, staff great with kids.

Very well maintained hotel and rooms. All the staff were very friendly and courteous. We arrived earlier than expected by a few hours and our room was prioritised in terms and we were able to check in early free of charge. This was very helpful and appreciated as we were quite tired after a long flight.

Washroom was so clean and hygienic.Hats off to the people there.

Quality of all the food and standard of the restaurant excellent the hotel room facilities excellent.

The room was clean. The surroundings and the hygiene was also good at the hotel. Staff was courteous and was quick to resolve any query. Location is perfect if anyone wants to visit Jaipur in its full pride. Perfect location, where everything is less than 10KM's away.

Beautiful big clean hotel with very friendly accommodating staff

Location is good. I stayed for 2 days, but the room cleaning is not done every day. Room is average. In the Toilet showar is not working properly, wash basin is jammed. I am asking for toiletries & water, then they provide me (These things must be available before check in). Room service boys are good.

The room was not clean cockroaches were roaming in the room, bed sheet pillows were dirty. Toilets were also not very clean

Terrible Experience - Avoid This Hotel! I had one of the worst hotel stays of my life here. The room was a complete nightmare. First, there were bugs crawling around, which is absolutely disgusting. The room itself looked like it hadn't been cleaned in ages—stains all over the bed, the bathroom was filthy, and the whole place had a foul odor. To make matters worse, the roof was damaged with visible cracks, and the curtains were stained beyond belief. As if that wasn't bad enough, I noticed spit marks on the walls and even found bubble gum. It was clear that cleanliness was not a priority at this place. Overall, it felt more like staying in a run-down shack than a hotel. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Stay far away!
