Despite there being scope for improvement in certain areas of the hotel, I truly appreciate the fantastic effort the team is putting into making guests feel valued. Their dedication to customer satisfaction shines through, especially thanks to one of the most courteous and professional staff members Ive come across. The warmth, respect, and genuine care shown in handling guest needs deserve a special mention. Its clear that the hotel is committed to providing the best possible experience, and with continued progress, theyre well on their way. I stayed at Hotel Hridayam madhuram for one day with my family, and it was a great experience. The hotel offered excellent value for money, with comfortable rooms, clean facilities, and a welcoming atmosphere. The staff was courteous and attentive, ensuring a smooth and pleasant stay. The location was convenient, and the overall ambiance was relaxing. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a good stay at a reasonable price. Would love to visit again!

The housecleaning staff was great. Good buffet in the breakfast. Had a lovely time. Avinash at the reception was really really sweet and helpful. She helped with the check out process. She was smiley and polite.

Another great experience here, stayed very recently and back again. Staff are the main highlight of this hotel, always lovely, helpful and genuine.

It was not a good experience at all. We booked two rooms at this lodge. Once we reached in our room I found used bedsheet was spread on bed, they changed on complaint. Next morning there was no water in bathroom, they managed on complaint I also found electricity in grader water. In my other room there was no electricity in bulbs in next morning. TV was there but it was not running although they manage to sort problems on complaint. But it was too bad experience for such a high price for one night.

Room service not good staffs are not good. No service provided for customers. Totally 3 rd class. Also location is far away from ram mandir, Hanuman garh. No restaurants also there nearby hotel. Totally not recommended for stay. At 1 st day also no soft drinks provided in checkin hotel. Behaviour also not good.

I wanted to give negative rating, but there is no option. Location is right next to Ram temple however reaching there is an uphill task as no car or e-rickshaw or auto will go there. Rickshaw will go up to certain limit (after charging you exorbitantly) and then you will be on your own to reach premises as hotel staff won't help. They will simply stop taking your calls if you ask for help. We had early morning flight and had to carry our luggage down as staff was rude enough to tell us to carry your own luggage as they are sleeping. No room service. They charge even for a bottle of water. We asked for help in searching for a Rickshaw, the hotel staff simply scolded me for waking him up in the morning. I had to go to streets at 3am myself to search for a Rickshaw with my senior citizen parent (this inspite of fact that the staff promised me that they will help in the morning).
