The staff was very nice and they were very polite..... The room was awesome neat and clean.....every facility was there like at home. I must say everyone please go there....its really nice location and easy to reach. And its in under reasonable price.

Room was not clean, bedding also not clean properly and washroom also not hygiene .most import is no lift in property.Staff also not so cooperative.

There is no staff service at all on this location. Exactly how it is depicted on booking.com. There is no service telecom number. No one to even provide tea/coffee. When asked for water they gave a bottle full of water from filter. Next, furniture is in pathetic state, the inside of wardrobe wood was stained and full of termites. Drawers beside the bed are all exposed dangerously with sharp nails and none of them operational. Curtains are half the length of the window making it lose its purpose. washroom taps were not functioning at all. The most pathetic of all is there is no staff to address at all. Used mattress are kept in the room which stinked all times and were not removed even though it was known that room was booked for single person. The list goes on and needs urgent attention towards staff presence, service and condition of the rooms.

We reached to find out that rooms weren't cleaned and bedsheets weren't changed. There was no water in washroom and fixtures were broken and dirty. The hotel was understaffed and wasn't helpful in providing adequate service.

1. Did not provide towel 2. Does not have dustbins 3. Water leakage in Bathroom tap 4. In description it is mentioned as newly launched but it's very old 5. Toilet and bathroom not clean

No words fabhotels simply cheatedme by prepaid , worst room, hardly I stayed for 2 hrs
