"How bad is the hotel policy. My parents are old and are staying there for 3 days starting yesterday pathetic service. I paid 11600 for 3 days which means almost 4K per day and there is complimentary breakfast. When my father asked who is 65 yrs aged the guy in reception said. You cannot have eggs in breakfast urs is veg breakfast, paneer is costly so no paneer paratha. This is ridiculous service ? How are you running hotel service like this? No eggs for breakfast then what you supposed to eat only bread? And who behaves like this with senior people. I don’t know first of all why fab hotels is owning this place. With such a brand name we expect good service . I had booked via booking.com- right from the time booking was made they took my CC details too still sent 10 messages in 12 hrs to pay full amount. Which was then paid, but after that no confirmation from hotel. Now I booked with complimentary breakfast knowing there is like zero restaurants around what would people expect? Hotel to provide good breakfast but no this is the behaviour and policy that if you book from booking.com and pay 11600 you get only veg breakfast; god knows what kind of people are there were you can’t order paneer paratha as it’s costly. Slow claps man. I hope the manager see this review. Only the fact my parents had an early morning train that’s the reason I had booked this place as it’s opp Amritsar junction or would have never booked this place. Worst experience they are having honestly."

"Very disappointing hotel. Bedding was greying and needed replacing. Did not appear clean although we were assured it wss. Shower was poor and the shower head was dirty. The dining room picture on the website is very old - although the same room, clearly nothing (including crockery) has been replaced since those photos were taken! Air conditioning was controlled from the reception desk so you had to call if you want it turned on. If you then turned it off you had to call again in the middle of the night to have it turned back on. The staff were very helpful but the hotel itself has not been maintained and requires a lot of work to make it look like it does in the photos on the website. Staff are clearly doing their best but are fielding complaints - the hotel owner needs to invest some money to return the standard to that pictured."

"We stayed at this hotel, we were very disappointed, the bedding was very dirty. Fan was noisy - made a constant ticking noise. Could not control the AC from the room, had call the reception desk but the phone in the room wasn't working. Asked for tea in the bed room - the cup was chipped and very dirty. Dining room on the website looks beautiful but it was very dirty. Staff were great - polite and helpful. The disappointing review was not their fault - the owner needs to invest in the hotel to make it look like it does in the photos"

"The room was absolutely off side. A picture of the room was taken when they started business 5 yrs. Before, now they are not maintaining the rooms, totally big disappointment, geyser didn't work, there is no jet shower in the bathroom. Water flows in the basin tap like an infant pee. Totally BAKWAS. The myth was true that "ONLINE HOTELS BOOKING IS KIND OF SCAM" if the middle agent like fab hotel, booking.com or oyo. They show ads like a 5 star. But reality is sad. Middle agents need to learn the meaning of 3 star, 4 star, 5 star bath room cleanness like that. The hotel's standard is ₹500 per night. But taken ₹1450 WHICH IS NOT VALUE FOR MONEY, DON'T BOOK HOTEL FROM FAB HOTEL LIKE AGENT. The best way to book a physical check and book hotel no matter which location is this. (Or visit the official hotel's website If the hotel was like taj, itc jw marriot etc.)"

"Location of the hotel was so bad. For early checkin they were asking almost the 40% of room charges. I could see some stain marks on the bed speed, after asking to change they changed it. No hot water, they give it in bucket, next day hot water was came in tap."

Towels are not in usable condition. No proper response from the staff Very sorry to say .. water was dripping from airconditioner and AC was fitted right on top of the bed...couldn't sleep whole night. it was a very bad and unforgettable stay."
