Location is the best- walkable distance to Darbar Sahib. Clean and spacious Rooms with good interiors. Staff r very Helpful. Spl mention- Mr Lalit is very Sportive and friendly. The entire team makes stay pleasant and memorable.

We had an amazing stay at the this Hotel! The rooms were exceptionally clean, and the decor added a warm, cozy vibe. The staff was friendly and went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. The location was perfect, close to everything yet peaceful—definitely planning to return!

Best hotel in Amritsar with good service. Good Staff arrange all things for you if required and rooms are very Clean. Please must visit this place if you are planning a trip to Amritsar.

Kettle was not working & not clean, Water was not hot enough for bathing & there were insects in room as well as washroom

I didn't got shower gel even bottle not provided wifi was given when I asked which was not working at all. Tv setup box recharge was expired. I booked this hotel in advance first time in my life but I think you really need to improve. It made my experience terrible.

Overall our stay was disgusting. Unhygienic kettle, age old teacher bags, no supply of hot water, age old toiletries not working printer and what not.. The room size, bed, location of the property worked for us. Will never visit again..

Very disappointing hotel. Bedding was greying and needed replacing. Did not appear clean although we were assured it wss. Shower was poor and the shower head was dirty. The dining room picture on the website is very old - although the same room, clearly nothing (including crockery) has been replaced since those photos were taken! Air conditioning was controlled from the reception desk so you had to call if you want it turned on. If you then turned it off you had to call again in the middle of the night to have it turned back on. The staff were very helpful but the hotel itself has not been maintained and requires a lot of work to make it look like it does in the photos on the website. Staff are clearly doing their best but are fielding complaints - the hotel owner needs to invest some money to return the standard to that pictured.

We stayed at this hotel, we were very disappointed, the bedding was very dirty. Fan was noisy - made a constant ticking noise. Could not control the AC from the room, had call the reception desk but the phone in the room wasn't working. Asked for tea in the bed room - the cup was chipped and very dirty. Dining room on the website looks beautiful but it was very dirty. Staff were great - polite and helpful. The disappointing review was not their fault - the owner needs to invest in the hotel to make it look like it does in the photos
