Service of the staff was just exceptional - from the manager to the restaurant staff to the reception, everyone went out of their way to be helpful and attentive. Small gestures such as helping with calling a Doctor, or checking on needs of our children showed a genuine interest from the staff in being helpful. For example, the food had not been prepared as expected and the staff immediately replaced the item with an alternate without anything.
Restaurant staff. Very friendly and helpful. We had a good night sleep after a long flight. Great WiFi. We had a short stay, leaving early in the morning.
Location was good, right in the prime area close to all major attraction points. Rooms were spacious enough and comfortable for the sound sleep.
Breakfast/room/cleanliness - nice place to relax after facing the heat. Given that India is not a country you can walk around easily after a day tour, this hotel is recommended to spend a rest of the day!
I stayed 7 days here. Changed Hotel room more them 3. Wanted to change the hotel but #cleartrip team denied for refund. Worst hotel. Worst staff behaviour. Never prefer for Corporate purpose. Everywhere splitting of tobacco in washroom. Attaching pics. Totally unhygienic hotel. No proper room service. Breakfast not provided properly. Only poha available in breakfast. Sometimes not available. Room cleaning not done regularly. Old bedsheets are being reused. Used towel was served on initial day of stay. It is even worst than local lodge.
They don't even deserve a single star also. They are taking bookings of 3 people and provide a single bed and asking for extra payment when you come for check in and saying we charge extra for extra bedding. They are simply LOOTING the customers. Worst service, worst staff ever came across. I kindly request all the people who are about to make booking with this hotel, please please don't spoil your day, your trip, your stay and specially it's simply a waste of money.
Avoid this hotel at all costs We travelled 3 hours to reach this hotel, and at the point of check in we were told that we were not allowed to stay due being tourist and no where on the point of booking could we see that only Indian residents only. We paid and still haven’t received a refund so they have stole our money. Leaving me, my family ( 2 elderly parents, and a baby) in the heat of India. JUST AVOID THIS HOTEL AT ALL COST
This hotel refused my stay even though i had paid online for a room I asked for a refund and they said call custmer services who said they would issue a refund but they did not. The hotel is scam they take peoples money and refuse you to Stay. This means they are overbooking and turnint people away. I also found the receptionist to be racist.
Had a terrible experience at FabHotel Skyland booked via Goibibo. The AC was leaking water under our bed, making the stay uncomfortable. Breakfast was denied despite being included in the booking. The room condition was poor, staff was rude and unhelpful, and even basic amenities like mineral water were not provided. Definitely not worth the money! Avoid this hotel.
scam artists took my money when I booked online and didn't allow me to stay even though I had am OCI card but my wife didn't. I had children and elder people with me. Disgusting from the hotel. Did not give my money back either. They must have oversold room because there was a concert on the night. However no refund. Please avoid as they are scam artists.
