everything was good -location , value for money , food
Very well maintained hotel and rooms. All the staff were very friendly and courteous. We arrived earlier than expected by a few hours and our room was prioritised in terms and we were able to check in early free of charge. This was very helpful and appreciated as we were quite tired after a long flight.
The location is somewhere like a slum area...rooms are very small....the wash room door is damaged.. . breakfast or food is not provided....only water is provided....staff behaviour is decent only...
we had paid for our trip online before hand but had to face a lot of inconvenience as it was not reflecting on their part because of miscommunication
It was a total scam, no signages , no facilities according to fab assurance. Will never avail or recommend fabhotels to anyone.
Very bad experience. Rooms were smelling of cigratte smoke. Bothroom was very small. We wanted to cancel one night as my family was not comfortable with the cigratte smoke smell. But we were not allowed to cancel. We paid the full money but vacated and moved to another hotel for the second night. First mistake was that i should have cancelled this booking when the hotel was changed from my original booking. I lost money but learnt a lesson .
This is not a hotel, guest house is better than this hotel. I have no word but yes if anyone see this and want to know call me on 9429428065, before you make the booking.
*One of the worst hotel I have ever visited.* I have booked the hotel online on fab hotel app. Paid 30% advance at the time of booking with early check-in option. Now when I reached hotel On arrival at the entrance reception area it was *stinking like vomiting..* Manager was not available there, some housekeeping person was there only. He told me to talk with manager for booking & gave his no to talk for confirmation which also I did personally even after showing my confirmation details over the reception. Then the manager over call mr. Rahul told me room is not available right now it will be available after 10 only.(Note: even after prior check in option. & Booking person told me that 9 rooms are available at the property just few minutes ago when I booked) Then after certain arguments that manager told me u need to pay 500 extra for early check in, for which I hv already partly paid. Still I needed the room I agreed with 350 extra cost. But then I asked the person over the counter to show me the room first & surprisingly the *room was full of rubbish with extreme level of smell of cigerette & dirty smell. Room wasn't maintained, washroom was also dirty. ( I was unable to stay there for a minute)* Immediately I decided to not stay there. Ddnt provided my refund too as they say it's in policy, I agree. But what about what they show on pictures & actual property. I suggest *don't go for this property* even if free of cost. Also I suggest *fab hotel group, do not spoil your brand name by making tye up with like such worst kind of hotels.*
I booked a room with booking.com. Then I got an email from the hotel that I shall pay some prepayment, what I did. When I arrived the staff told me, as a foreigner I'm not allowed to get a room there (governmental rules). After that I wanted my prepayment back. I contacted their customer service. They were not paying me back that money. Only booking.com eventually compensated me, which I appreciate very much. But even they did not get any reply from the hotel.
