    "Room and bed linen was dirty. Room was not the same as shown in picture. Toilet was dirty and soiled. It looked like they never cleaned the room and bathroom for a very long time"

    "I was allotted room number 311, which was a corner room. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. The toilet seat cover in the washroom was broken, and the room was much smaller than what was depicted on the website. Additionally, there was no hot water, the water flow from the tap was very weak, and the room had a persistent unpleasant smell. Overall, my stay was below average, and the facilities did not meet expectations."
