"I booked a room with booking.com. Then I got an email from the hotel that I shall pay some prepayment, what I did. When I arrived the staff told me, as a foreigner I'm not allowed to get a room there (governmental rules). After that I wanted my prepayment back. I contacted their customer service. They were not paying me back that money. Only booking.com eventually compensated me, which I appreciate very much. But even they did not get any reply from the hotel."

"*One of the worst hotel I have ever visited.* I have booked the hotel online on fab hotel app. Paid 30% advance at the time of booking with early check-in option. Now when I reached hotel On arrival at the entrance reception area it was *stinking like vomiting..* Manager was not available there, some housekeeping person was there only. He told me to talk with manager for booking & gave his no to talk for confirmation which also I did personally even after showing my confirmation details over the reception. Then the manager over call mr. Rahul told me room is not available right now it will be available after 10 only.(Note: even after prior check in option. & Booking person told me that 9 rooms are available at the property just few minutes ago when I booked) Then after certain arguments that manager told me u need to pay 500 extra for early check in, for which I hv already partly paid. Still I needed the room I agreed with 350 extra cost. But then I asked the person over the counter to show me the room first & surprisingly the *room was full of rubbish with extreme level of smell of cigerette & dirty smell. Room wasn't maintained, washroom was also dirty. ( I was unable to stay there for a minute)* Immediately I decided to not stay there. Ddnt provided my refund too as they say it's in policy, I agree. But what about what they show on pictures & actual property. I suggest *don't go for this property* even if free of cost. Also I suggest *fab hotel group, do not spoil your brand name by making tye up with like such worst kind of hotels.*"

"Let me share my experience Spent two days and nights here . It was one of the Worst experience ever. (Don't just book the room just because of those Pictures shown ) Rooms are just too small even for 2 person . Unhygienic, costly, water heater/geyser was not working , while checkin in room was so dirty, had to tell them to clean ( staff wasn't happy to do so) Owner was friendly for sure. Overall this kind of inns are only for those couples who wants to sneak in and do the dirty work . Disappointed"

"I actually don't give reviews , but I thought give for this hotel because some other person should not go through what I went , So I have booked this hotel online and paid online and I went to check in @ 11:00pm, there the receptionist who was there made me wait for 10min , just to tell rooms are not available ..go and talk to customer care....these are the exact words he spoke ...I was right infront of him since 10min and he didnt say anything. So then I contacted customer care , they told me handover phone to hotel receptionist...I gave....and receptionist told them...."from yesterday I am asking you to give offline paid booking, y are you sending only online paid booking, send offline then only I will accept" this are words he spoke to customer care inspite of room availability he didn't give , and the customer care executive rechanged my hotel to different location which is 1.5 km away ....and this all happened at 11:00pm....there are two more , people infront who has just gone through this and waiting for customer care executive to re-change the hotel....."

"I recently had an incredibly disappointing stay at what I can confidently say is the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. From the moment I checked in, it was clear that this establishment fails on multiple fronts. Firstly, there was no shower available in the bathroom. For a hotel, this is a basic necessity, and its absence was completely unacceptable. Additionally, the hotel did not provide sealed water bottles, which is a standard amenity in most places. The cleanliness of the room was also severely lacking. It was evident that the room had not been cleaned properly, adding to the overall unpleasant experience. The service was pathetic, with staff showing a complete disregard for guest comfort and satisfaction. Overall, I would strongly advise against staying at this hotel. The lack of basic amenities, poor cleanliness, and subpar service make it a place to avoid."

"please avoid this third class looter Hotel.They are totally fraud and just looting to innocent customer in name of beside Riverfront. Have booked deluxe Room and by mistake at time of booking the number of Guest got selected as 1 as it was default(although we were Couple) and paid Rs 950. But when I earlier called the Fab Customer care before checkin they told yes it's fine as you booked Delux room. But on Checkin date the Receptionist started argument and showing his rudeness..started telling that you have to pay charges for 1 extra person I.e Rs 400.(can understand that for 1 extra person he can charge ,but Rs 400..when I Checked online it is Rs1140-950=Rs190 not 400..he charged Rs 210 extra) and also the as have checked 3 hrs before on him he charged 300. So total extra have paid Rs 510.(Feeling Cheated) He taken the Fully advantage of our one simple mistake and also he(Receptionist)was so rude and spoil our entire Trip .As we were just travelled on that day and were totally tiered ...So just given him Money,but the way the Receptionist treated us that spoiled our entire trip day and Plan. The most strange part is the even Feb Customer care person is also telling that its not in my hand and he(Receptionist) at hotel can charge anything.. Please avoid this hotel if you have respect yourself and love your Money. As they don't having simple ethics to deal with Customer. Total he charged me for 1 not stay(950+700=Rs 1650) FRAUD ! LOOTER ! ILLETRATE RECEPTIONIST"

"Although you claim it to be a 3 star hotel, it doesn't look like it at all. There were cockroaches, that we had to kill at 2am. The staff were courteous enough. the rooms were spacious, but the facilities were mediocre. There was ample parking space and lift facility. And the location was good. Other than that, it didn't meet the criteria of the fabhotel collection of hotels i expected."

"Felt like a very shady hotel... The entrance is a very narrow path. Smelt of cigar in every inch of the hotel... The bathroom was so tiny that u keep hitting yourself when u bathe. Sheets were dirty. When u need hot Water you need to call them and then they would switch on the geyser from outside.Breakfast was bought from a local Street food vendor. It's a very bad room for the money they charged. Rooms are not sound proof... even the sound of Mobile phone used in the neighbouring room could be heard !We paid 1400 per day through MMT the previous hotel we stayed ( not Fab chain) was very good and they charged 860!"

"We had very bas experience. Now onwards, I would not prefer any Fabhotel anywhere. No heigen, shabby, toilets very very dirty just to omit, no breakfast of our choice, crowd of chhapri people, continuos smoking zone everything was so dirty. Even toilets have broken doors. We have wasted our hard earned money. It's my personal suggestion, nobody should book fab hotel. It's nonsense. When I tried to complain on their customer care, no communication was established. How the people have rated very good is beyond my imagination. Even there was no hoarding of Fabhotel. GOKUL VILLA OF AHM SABAS IS SHEER NONSENSE."

"This is the shittiest hotel I have ever had the displeasure of staying in. This hotel is not at all what they advertise in photos. Bathrooms were smelly and unclean. Bed sheets and pillow cases were dirty af. To top all this there were rats in the room. The hotel staff charged more than 50% of what they quoted in the food menu. When i inquired about the price, they said it happened by mistake. Staying in this hotel is a nightmare. For all the people looking at this review please do do not make the mistake of booking this property. Its a literal shithole."

"Wholesome can say the hotel is not as big as shown in ingars its tiny. Please remove the breakfast facility for this hoetl as it has no dinning neither a kitchen they nring from out cheap quality food and give ro water in used disposed bottels brought by other guests.i wasnguven water in rail neer bottles which eas used by other guests. They had no waiting area.they dont even change bedsheets and clean the room. Very bad room services. I highly recommended to remove from fab hotels as they are spoiling the name"

"The rooms are tiny upto 15 sq mtrs which are infected by bed bugs and cockroaches (See Pic 1&7)in the room. Inside the lavatory all taps are dirty as none of them have been cleaned for ages(See Pic 2,3 & 4). Wall mounted Table is taken off which means that your room doesn't have a table(See Pic 6). Walls are dirty with stains and to make matters worst they provide used linen on which you can find hair samples of previous customers since these rooms are also given to OYO. Pls don't stay in this hotel."

"Bad experience, dirty bedsheets, no room service, no any telephone, TV was not working AC also was not working. Water leakage from tap, No towel provided either hair oil. Even bottled water was not provided from room. There was normal water with a cheap plastic bottle only. Even a 600 to 800 priced hotel provides the best service, then this one. During the booking , i selected the breakfast option and paid extra charge, but no breakfast was provided."

"Stayed here for around 10hrs. Hotel is good, but rooms are quite small may be 9.5ft*9.5ft. Also, I had done booking from FabHotel app and even after paying entire amount online, the Hotel reception guy asked me to pay additional Rs. 170 as he said I have booked from Rs. 980 and some minimum charges to booked in Hotel is Rs. 1150. Tried connecting to FabHotel customer care but unfortunately they were of no help. So not a 3 Star hotel but can be considered as 2 star Hotel for single day.."

"Service of the staff was just exceptional - from the manager to the restaurant staff to the reception, everyone went out of their way to be helpful and attentive. Small gestures such as helping with calling a Doctor, or checking on needs of our children showed a genuine interest from the staff in being helpful. For example, the food had not been prepared as expected and the staff immediately replaced the item with an alternate without anything."

"Great location, really pleasant and clean rooms, but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff. All of the people are incredibly helpful and generous with their time and advice. We travelled with two six year olds and lots of luggage and despite the stairs up to the elevator this was one of the nicest places we stayed in the four weeks we were in Gujarat."

"The hotel is on 2nd floor of the complex. Through main entrance there are only stairs to go to the hotel else you have to go to underground parking and take a lift from there. The rooms are very small. The bedsheets were not clean and the plaster was falling from walls. We had early check out so they didn't help us to take out the luggage."
