Very well maintained hotel and rooms. All the staff were very friendly and courteous. We arrived earlier than expected by a few hours and our room was prioritised in terms and we were able to check in early free of charge. This was very helpful and appreciated as we were quite tired after a long flight.
The location is somewhere like a slum area...rooms are very small....the wash room door is damaged.. . breakfast or food is not provided....only water is provided....staff behaviour is decent only...
we had paid for our trip online before hand but had to face a lot of inconvenience as it was not reflecting on their part because of miscommunication
It was a total scam, no signages , no facilities according to fab assurance. Will never avail or recommend fabhotels to anyone.
Very bad experience. Rooms were smelling of cigratte smoke. Bothroom was very small. We wanted to cancel one night as my family was not comfortable with the cigratte smoke smell. But we were not allowed to cancel. We paid the full money but vacated and moved to another hotel for the second night. First mistake was that i should have cancelled this booking when the hotel was changed from my original booking. I lost money but learnt a lesson .
This is not a hotel, guest house is better than this hotel. I have no word but yes if anyone see this and want to know call me on 9429428065, before you make the booking.
Rooms are too short the washroom is not clean or small only 8 12 room size . Feb executives are given wrong information about this hotel.
I booked a room with booking.com. Then I got an email from the hotel that I shall pay some prepayment, what I did. When I arrived the staff told me, as a foreigner I'm not allowed to get a room there (governmental rules). After that I wanted my prepayment back. I contacted their customer service. They were not paying me back that money. Only booking.com eventually compensated me, which I appreciate very much. But even they did not get any reply from the hotel.
